| Objective: This study analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the development of the discipline,determines the key elements that affect the development of the discipline,builds an indicator system for the discipline development of medical universities in Liaoning Province,judges the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the discipline development of the medical universities,and chooses appropriate strategies Types provide the basis for the formulation of strategic plans for the development of disciplines in medical colleges and universities in Liaoning Province,with a view to promoting the development of disciplines in medical colleges and universities in Liaoning Province.Methods: 1.Determine the key factors affecting the development of disciplines: Analyze and organize the literature through the literature analysis method,and combine the discussion of the research group to determine the key elements that affect the development of the disciplines.2.Constructing a discipline development indicator system for medical colleges and universities in Liaoning Province: Using Delphi method,according to the basic principle of filter,the revised draft of indicators,using authority coefficient,positive coefficient,mean,standard deviation,coefficient of variation and Kendall W coordination degree coefficient of experts,active degree,the opinions of concentration level,agree degree and coordinating degree were analyzed,using SPSS 25.0 for the calculation of relevant parameters,if P < 0.05,shows that the result was statistically significant.3.Index weight calculation: Using yaahp software based on analytic hierarchy process to draw hierarchical model and design questionnaire,import experts to return questionnaire and construct judgment matrix.Calculate the weight of the indicator combination and check the consistency,and combine the individual indicator scores to calculate the weighted weight of each indicator.The greater the absolute value of the weight value,the more important the indicator is relatively speaking.Combined with the SWOT analysis method,if the weighted weight of the indicator is positive,it is classified as advantages and opportunities;if the weighted weight is negative,it is included as disadvantages and threats.4.The thesis puts forward the strategic orientation of discipline development of medical colleges and universities in Liaoning Province: the total score of weighted values of advantages and disadvantages factors is taken as the abscission coordinate,and the total score of weighted values of opportunities and threats factors is taken as the vertical coordinate.Cartesian coordinate system is constructed to determine the strategic types and formulate the strategic path of discipline development.Results: This study uses the literature analysis method to summarize 10 first-level indicators and 41 second-level indicators that affect the development of disciplines,including policy environment,economic environment,and social environment.The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100% and 75%,and the authority coefficients were 0.832 and 0.863 respectively.The evaluation results are credible.Nine first-level indicators including policy environment,economic environment,and social environment were finally determined,and 25 second-level indicators including national policies related to discipline construction,provincial policies for discipline construction,and discipline construction management system were determined.The external environment dimension includes 4 first-level indicators and 11 second-level indicators,and the internal resource dimension has 5 first-level indicators and 14 secondlevel indicators.Calculate the weight of the index system,and the consistency test result satisfies CR < 0.1.Finally,eight opportunity factors including national policy for discipline construction(weighted weight(1 0.6148),discipline construction management system((1 0.2990),economic level((1 0.1983),etc.are determined;education investment((1-0.1896),employment situation((1-0.0176),social recognition((1-0.0935),a total of 3 threat factors;talent team((1 0.5405),subject development direction((1 0.2780),high-level talents((1 0.2149)and 9 advantageous factors;5 disadvantages such as the efficiency of transformation of scientific research results((1-0.1391),the quality of talent training((1-0.0987),and academic reputation((1-0.0365).The weighted total score of advantage factors is 1.3754,the total weighted score of disadvantages is-0.3320,the total weighted score of opportunity factors is 1.5349,the total weighted score of threat factors is-0.3007,the center of gravity P is located in the first quadrant SO strategy Region,choose SO strategic model.Conclusion: This research has identified the key elements that affect the development of the discipline,constructed a pharmaceutical discipline development index system with 9first-level indicators and 25 second-level indicators,with characteristics of Liaoning Province,determined advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,positioned the strategy type as SO strategy,and proposed 4 strategic paths: Policy environment,clarify the development direction,accelerate the construction of disciplines;optimize the structure of the faculty,improve the quality and academic level;build a high-level scientific research platform,promote the high-quality and efficient output of research results;strengthen social services and improve the quality of talent training. |
