In recent years, Residents have concerned about their health highly,and they have a strong demand for community health services because of the increasing of the population aging degree. In the late20th century, the family doctor system has been risen. At present, there are some community health service evaluation indicator systems have been proposed in some Chinese cities, But there is no system which is for the family doctor system specifically, not to mention the suburban areas. In this paper, the author will establish a job evaluation indicator system under the family doctor system, according to the work of family doctors in Q district. The Q district belongs to the suburban areas, so, the Development of the system will play an important role in the suburban areas and the rural areas.At first, based on the analysis of many literature resources and guidance documents on the community health service centers, author will select some indicators and design a questionnaire. Then, the author will collect many data and establish a job evaluation indicator system under the family doctor system by factor analysis. Besides, the author also will calculate the weight of each indicator. Finally, the author will test the stability and maneuverability of the system.There are four research conclusion. The first, there are49indicators based on the analysis of many literature resources and guidance documents of the community health service centers. The second,there is a job evaluation indicator system under the family doctor system. And the evaluation indicator system have three levels. The first level indicators contain3indicators, the content of the work、the process of the work and the supportive work. The second level indicators contain9indicators, the targeted、the dynamic、the publicity、the construction of the platform、the two-way referral、the cultivation of the talent、the information system、the information sharing and the performance appraisal. The third level indicators contain49indicators. The third, there is the combining weight and the relative weight of each indicator in the job evaluation indicator system under the family doctor system. At last, the job evaluation indicator system has been proved to be stability and maneuverability, in view of the testing of the comprehensive evaluation method and the TOPSISI.
