| From the point of view of nursing quality management,this paper explores the role of closed-loop management in various nursing management,in order to explore the development path of this model for hospital organization management and total quality management.In BS hospital,taking medical reform as an opportunity,this paper first introduces the literature review at home and abroad,then briefly introduces the meaning of performance audit and closed-loop management in public hospitals,and further demonstrates and analyses the public hospitals under closed-loop management mode through case analysis on the basis of analyzing the existing problems.At last,some suggestions are put forward: first,to improve the allocation of performance audit,including increasing external experts and introducing computer talents;second,to strengthen follow-up comprehensive audit;third,to expand audit content,including turning to "5E" audit,strengthening HIS system audit and policy implementation audit;fourth,to increase internal audit.Fifth,the introduction of data envelopment analysis.The research conclusion shows that the implementation of closed-loop management has improved in all aspects of nursing work,which also provides a good reference for the application and promotion of the model in the fields of organizational management and total quality management.However,the current situation of performance audit still has some problems,such as weak foundation,imperfect evaluation index system,different development degree of performance audit and insufficient announcement of performance audit results.The importance of the role of public hospitals,the impetus of the new health care reform and the existing problems in the current performance audit of public hospitals in China make the research on performance audit of public hospitals a hot and difficult point. |
