| Whether from the perspective of national level or from the perspective of scholars’ research results,it can be seen that encouraging the development of private hospitals has both sufficient theoretical basis and urgent practical needs.It not only accords with the goal of medical and health system reform in Our country,but also is the proper meaning of medical service rationalization.The development of private hospitals in China is booming,but at the same time,it also exposes the shortage of technical talents,weak service force,limited financing channels,false marketing means,excessive diagnosis and treatment and other problems.Therefore,it is a necessary and realistic task to grasp the change and development trend of private hospitals in China since the new medical reform in terms of institutions,beds,personnel and service volume,clarify the deep reasons for the development status of private hospitals,and put forward countermeasures to promote the further development of private hospitals.This paper takes Shenyang as an example to study,First,it summarizes the theoretical findings of domestic and foreign health services,and discusses the concept and meaning of private hospitals and medical and health services.Then it examines the development of private hospitals in Zhejiang and the current medical and health situation.The goal is to analyze healthcare services in private hospitals in Shenyang.It is suggested to use a combination of questionnaire and interview to analyze the current state of healthcare services in Shenyang private hospitals Some private hospitals in Shenyang City investigated and obtained relevant data.The survey of satisfaction of medical and health services in Shenyang private hospitals was conducted from three aspects:the satisfaction of technical level of medical and health services,attitude satisfaction of medical and health services,satisfaction of medical and health service environment and equipment installation,and then analyzed the medical and health service of Shenyang private hospitals from these three aspects Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of medical and health service in Shenyang private hospitals from the aspects of technical level,attitude,environment and equipment facilities of medical and health services.The research holds that the private hospitals in Shenyang are developing rapidly,and the scale is also expanding gradually.The overall service level of medical and health is also improving.However,compared with public hospitals,investment in fixed assets or personnel equipment is far behind public hospitals,which leads to the difficulty of ensuring the overall quality of medical and health services.The reasons are three aspects First,the policy of talent system is biased,which leads to the lack of attention of talents in private hospitals;secondly,the lack of team service concept and service awareness;third,the limited funds,resulting in the lack of relevant equipment and facilities.According to these analysis,this paper thinks that to improve the medical and health service level of private hospitals,we should carry out three aspects:first,we can improve the technical level of medical and health service by improving the talent system and retaining the core talents;the second is to improve the service attitude and service benefits of medical personnel by strengthening training and team building.Third,we should improve the financial situation of private hospitals by broadening financing methods and strengthen investment in equipment and facilities and environment.Only by the combination of multiple management can the quality of medical and health service be effectively improved in Shenyang private hospitals. |
