Research On Quality Management Of Medical Services In Private Hospitals

Medical service quality is the fundamental survival of the private hospital,is the core and foundation of private hospital management,related to the vital interests of patients,is an important method to improve the competitive ability of the private hospitals,is an effective way to enhance patient satisfaction,and is a key factor to promote the patients' loyalty.According to the IS09001:2015 standard,it is the basis and guarantee to improve the quality of medical service of private hospitals to build the medical service quality management system of private hospitals.SERVQUAL method was used to evaluate the quality of medical service in private hospitals,and to help the private hospitals to understand the quality of medical services,and to provide decision-making basis for further improvement.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and theoretical significance to study the quality of medical service in private hospitals.The main research contents of this paper are:(1)the research and application of the IS09001:2015 standard for the construction of the quality management system of medical service in private hospitals in china;(2)to determine the use of IS09001:2015 standard requirements for the construction of China's private hospital medical service quality management system adaptability;(3)explore the use of SERVQUAL service quality model to evaluate the perceived medical service quality of private hospitals in china;(4)analysis of the influencing factors of perceived medical service quality of private hospitals in china;(5)preliminary formulation of the evaluation index system for the perception of medical service quality in private hospitals in china;(6)to provide an effective way to evaluate the perceived quality of medical service in private hospitals in china;(7)to explore the characteristics,trends and functions of private hospitals,and to grasp the law of development of private hospitals.In this paper,literature research,case study,experience summary and questionnaire survey were used to study the quality of medical service in private hospitals.The results showed that the ISO9001:2015 standard requirements for construction of China's private hospital medical service quality management system;SERVQUAL service quality evaluation model for the evaluation of the quality of medical service of private hospital;private hospital medical service quality evaluation in China in 9 dimensions,namely tangibles,convenience,economy,reliability,responsiveness,empathy,assurance respect,and effective;put forward should be constructed from 10 aspects of evaluation index system of medical service quality management of private hospitals in China,namely,infrastructure,medical equipment,medical environment,medical ethics,medical expenses,medical staff of professional skill,service attitude of medical staff for patients,respect,medical services and medical service characteristics results;there is much room for improvement of the private hospital medical service quality in china.
