Object: Take by YiRen hospitals management company to commission manage a two levels hospital in Shanghai center city for year as the research object. Goals: Appraises the result of commission management reform; Provides the suggestion to the entrusted side for management hospital; Helps to strengthen the request side government supervising and managing, provides the policy-making reference for government's hospital management. Methods: The scene investigation and study, uses the symposium and the questionnaire survey methods to collect datas; Selects the primary data from the statistical reportform, carries on the description analysis; Consults the literature , makes the review analysis in view of the hospital reform; uses the brains storm methods and the form of focal group interview to consult the experts; In the present situation analysis foundation, conducts the exploration research using the SWOT analysis method. Results: The procedure of commission management reform is legitimate; Ccommission management reform generally speaking is successful, Through requesting management, the hospital economic efficiency, the social efficiency, the technical benefit, the staff demand benefit all have the varying degree enhancement; Exists the disadvantage factors which will restrict the hospital sustainable development; Through the SWOT analysis, put forward 6 proposals.
