| Objective:By investigating the hardware and software information of the public health management center of a public hospital in Nanjing and the health and related information of the supply and demand sides of the service provider,the paper analyzes the health management service and discusses the existing problems,the solution strategy and the development direction.This study will provide reference information for improvement and development of health management center in other large public top three hospitalsand the government who formulate health management services policy.Method:The investigation of hardware and software information such as people,financial,material and service contents of a public health management center of a public hospital in Nanjing was carried out.Access to relevant literature and many experts to discuss the development of "health management services demand side information,intention and satisfaction questionnaire",so the health management center of 363 subjects on-site guidance self-paid questionnaire.And then the health management center of the hardware and software information and service content and check the staff of the gender,age,occupation,health care service attitude,counseling staff attitude,environmental health,check waiting time,handling time,service charges satisfaction And other information for data analysis,to explore its shortcomings and coping strategies.Result:1.According to the results of the hospital survey,the medical examination project is more reasonable,but not perfect,psychological measurement and questionnaires and other physical examination items and post-examination health management services are still some defects in the health management services industry,the lack of rules and regulations.2.According to the survey results of the clients,363 questionnaires were distributed for the survey of the clients,and 339 were recovered effectively.The effective recovery rate was 93.13%.The number of those who have received psychological measurement and questionnaires and other items and post-check health management services was less than 50%,and the information understanding and utilization of them to services was insufficient.3.The subjects showed a high demand for a number of physical examination services,different groups for the physical examination services have different needs,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The public health education center of the top three hospitals can meet the growing demand for health management services,but their management methods,staffing and service projects still need to be improved at a higher level.The health management services provided by the public hospital are not perfect,and the information of health care services provided by the clients can not be used well.Fewer people received green treatment and follow-up visits.The three services widely required by the clients are medical questionnaire interpretation,health guidance and green channel for medical treatment.The three services with the least demand are questionnaire,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health care and health education,which do not match the high demand level of clients.Improvement of waiting time,medical technology attitude,environmental equipment,service charges,management practices in improvement the overall satisfaction is more significant thing,of which the most significant improvement is the medical technology attitude.This prompted the public hospitals still need to ask when the medical line up,registration and formalities,service fees and other aspects of further comprehensive improvement.It is recommended that public hospitals and relevant government departments strengthen cooperation,improve the health management services industry standards and related regulations as soon as possible,promote the construction of health management disciplines and personnel training,improve the service level of employees and improve the quality of service. |
