Professor Li Shi Application Of A One-time Cut The Seton In The Treatment Of Perianal Abscess Experience Xianping

Purpose: According to the theory of treating pre-disease of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one-time primary incision and thread-drawing technique are used in clinical patients of crissum abscess.Perianal abscess is treated completely.The purpose is to avoid the sequela such as Anal fistula and reflect the theory of treating pre-disease.Method:1.We collect the cases in the clinic.In order to find potential mouth within of patients with perianal abscess, we will expand the scope of application of Solomon's law basing on Professor Li Shi's experiences.2.According to the theory of treating pre-disease of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one-time primary incision and thread-drawing technique are used to treat perianal abscess.3.The efficacy of postoperative is determined by"Diagnostic efficacy of standard TCM Syndrome"to evaluate the advantages of treating pre-disease of Traditional Chinese Medicine in clinic.4.The patients were followed up for 2 to 3 months after surgery.We observe whether anal fistula and other complications is left.Results: According to the theory of treating pre-disease of Traditional Chinese Medicine,89 cases of patients with perianal abscess are treated by one-time primary incision and thread-drawing technique.The results are all to be cured. The patients were followed up for 2 to 3 months after surgery.The results suggest that the symptoms diappeared,and restore the normal function of the anus.Anal fistula and other complications is not left. Conclusion:1.According to the tutor's clinical experiences,we apply the development of Solomon's law to determine potential mouth within of patients with perianal abscess.The purpose is that preconditions are provided for used one-time primary incision and thread-drawing technique.2.The effect of the surgery is remarkable. Anal fistula and other complications is not left.Patients will avoid the pain of surgery again.This fully reflect the important theory of treating pre-disease of Traditional Chinese Medicine.3.The surgery is not only relieve the suffering of patients, but also reduce the economic burden of the patients. It has obvious superiority compared to the traditional incision and drainage resection.
