| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Professor Sun Zhiguang’s experience in treating Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)for many years,"Sushi Jiangni Decoction combined with Rabeprazole",and to explore effective methods for the treatment of GERD,which is a clinical treatment GERD provides new methods and certain theoretical support.Methods:The control group was given 20 mg of rabeprazole 30 minutes before breakfast every day,30 cases were included;the treatment group rabeprazole was reduced to half of the control group,and the experience prescription "Su Shi Jiangni Decoction" was added,and 30 cases were included 60 cases were included in the two combinations,and the grouping method was grouped according to the random number table method.Each continued treatment for 8 weeks.Pre-treatment data of patients were collected on the 0th week of treatment,and post-treatment data of patients were collected on the 8th week of treatment.Evaluation method Gastroesophageal reflux disease diagnostic questionnaire(RDQ)was used to evaluate the patient’s Western medicine symptom relief,the gastroesophageal reflux disease health-related quality of life scale(GERD-HRQL)to evaluate the patient’s quality of life improvement,and the GERD TCM symptom scale evaluation The patient’s TCM symptom improvement,the overall therapeutic effect of the therapy was evaluated by comparing and analyzing the scores of the various scales before and after treatment.The patients were followed up again 4 weeks after the drug was stopped,and the RDQ scale was filled in to evaluate the effect of the therapy on reducing the recurrence rate.result:1.In terms of the effective rate of RDQ score,the effective cases of the control group and the treatment group are 23 and 29 respectively.The effective rate of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(p<0.05);2.In terms of the total score of RDQ,both groups were significantly better after treatment than before treatment(p<0.05).Tests between the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05);3.In terms of quality of life improvement,both groups were significantly better after treatment than before treatment(p<0.05);tests between the two groups after treatment showed that the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(p<0.05);4.In terms of the total effective rate of TCM symptoms,the number of effective cases in the control group and the treatment group were 22 and 29 respectively,and the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05);5.In terms of the total score of TCM symptoms,both groups improved significantly after treatment than before treatment(p<0.05);tests between the two groups after treatment showed that the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(p<0.05);6.According to the GERD TCM Symptom Scale,there are 2 main symptoms of TCM:acid reflux,heartburn or burning sensation.After treatment,the scores of the 2 main symptoms are significantly better in both groups than before treatment(p<0.05);comparison between groups,two Group effect is equivalent(p>0.05)7.There are 6 secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.After treatment,both groups were significantly better than before treatment(p<0.05).After treatment,the test between the two groups showed that the treatment group improved in terms of post-sternal burning pain and upset irritability.Better than the control group(p<0.05);in the treatment of epigastric burning pain,epigastric fullness,belching and regurgitation,noisy and easy hunger,the two groups have the same degree of improvement(p>0.05);8.In terms of recurrence rate,the control group and the treatment group were followed up with 25 cases and 29 cases respectively,11 cases and 5 cases recurred respectively.After 2 tests,the treatment group had a lower recurrence rate than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:"Sushi Jiangni Decoction" combined with half of the conventional dose of rabeprazole is more effective than the conventional dose of rabeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with stagnant heat of the liver and stomach.The most obvious improvement in symptoms of upset and irritability indicates that this therapy can improve the quality of life of patients with GERD,reduce the recurrence rate,and reduce the side effects of western medicine to a certain extent,and broaden the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease. |
