The Clinical Observation Of Jiangni Hewei Decoction On Treatment Of Primary Bile Reflux Gastritis With Cold-heat Disorder

Objective:In this study,we observed the clinical effect of Jiangni Hewei decoction in the treatment of Primary bile reflux gastritis of cold and heat type,studied the relevant mechanism of Jiangni Hewei decoction in the treatment of this disease,evaluated its safety and effectiveness,and provided reliable reference for the clinical treatment of the disease to explore a new treatment scheme.Methods:In strict accordance with the admission criteria,80 cases of Primary bile reflux gastritis were included in the outpatient department of spleen and stomach disease department of Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to December 2019,and were identified as the type of cold and heat mixed Primary bile reflux gastritis by Director Ren Shunping's disease debate and dialectics.By using the method of random control,40 cases were divided into the experimental group(Jiangni Hewei decoction group)and 40 cases in the control group(aluminum magnesium carbonate tablet).The experimental group was ordered to take one dose of Jiangni Hewei decoction in the morning and evening,and the control group was given 0.5g,2 tablets each time,3times everyday.The course of treatment is 4 weeks.Before and after the course of treatment,the patients need to fill in the TCM symptom integral table.After the completion of the treatment,recheck the gastroscope to observe the treatment effect.4 weeks after the end of the test,conduct telephone follow-up to observe the long-term effect.The data of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment,such as the degree of yellow staining of mucus paste bile,the degree of inflammation of gastric mucosa phase under gastroscope,the degree of TCM syndrome score and so on.The statistical results were processed by SPSS 24.0 system.Results:In the aspect of disease observation under the microscope,the inflammation degree of gastric mucosa,yellow dye of bile reflux and the total score of TCM symptoms in the experimental group(Jiangni Hewei decoction group)were better than those in the control group(aluminum magnesium carbonate group),P < 0.05;in the aspect of disease effect,the total effect of disease and TCM efficiency in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,P < 0.05;in the aspect of pathological improvement,theexperimental group was in the treatment There was statistical significance in chronic inflammation and intestinal metaplasia(P < 0.05),while in the control group,there was statistical significance only in the treatment of chronic inflammation(P < 0.05);in the integration of TCM symptoms,the patients in the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment,P < 0.05,while in the control group,there was no significant improvement in improving TCM symptoms of loose stools(P > 0.05),and the other symptoms were significantly improved before treatment Compared with the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups,the relief of TCM symptoms in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).During the observation,no abnormality was found in all safety indexes and no adverse drug reactions occurred,which confirmed that the safety of the two groups was good.In the aspect of long-term follow-up of TCM symptom scores,all TCM symptoms in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Jiangni Hewei decoction can benefit all kinds of TCM symptoms of patients with primary bile reflux gastritis of cold heat type,especially in improving some TCM symptoms of patients,such as nausea,noise,relieving hunger and loose stools,it has more advantages than aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets;in improving bile reflux and inflammation of gastric mucosa under gastroscope,Jiangni Hewei decoction is also better than aluminum carbonate In addition,Jiangni and Weitang are more likely to improve or even reverse intestinal metaplasia in terms of improving pathological results.The long-term follow-up effect of TCM symptoms is significant.In conclusion,the therapeutic effect of Jiangni Hewei decoction prepared by the tutor is accurate and safe,and the long-term effect is considerable,which can be popularized after further clinical research.
