Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Nausea And Vomiting Caused By Malignant Tumors(Spleen And Qi Deficiency Type) With Cisplatin Treated By Banxia Jiangni Decoction

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Banxia Jiangi Decoction on nausea and vomiting by observing the effect of Banxia Jiangni Decoction combined with antiemetic drugs on the incidence of nausea and vomiting caused by cisplatin,TCM syndrome scores,appetite status,and physical condition.Impact on the quality of life of patients.Methods: From April 2017 to December 2017,admitted to the Department of Oncology of Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Histopathological or(and)cytological examinations diagnosed as non-small cell lung cancer,esophageal cancer,cervical cancer,and nasopharyngeal cancer were consistent with Chinese and Western medicine.In the diagnostic criteria,72 inpatients with cisplatin-based chemotherapy regimen were randomly divided into a control group and a test group with 36 patients in each.The control group used azasetron and dexamethasone antiemetics before the application of cisplatin.The test group was On the basis of the control group,Banxia Jiangni Decoction was added,and 8 days was a course of treatment.From the effective control rate of nausea and vomiting,TCM syndrome score,appetite status,physical condition,and safety,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:(1)Delayed nausea and vomiting showed delayed nausea,82.85% in the experimental group,55.88% in the control group,and significant improvement in the experimental group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P=0.015);delayed emesis The experimental group showed significant improvement,with an effective rate of 77.14% in the experimental group and an effective rate of52.94% in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P=0.035).(2)There was no significant difference between acute nausea and acute vomiting between groups,and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).(3)The TCM syndrome scores of both groups after treatment decreased compared with those before treatment.The decrease in the experimental group was smaller than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P=0.043).(4)In terms of appetite,the appetite grading of the test group and the control group was lower than that before the treatment in the two groups.The decrease in the control group was greater than that in the test group(P=0.004).There was a significant difference between the two groups.(5)After treatment,the physical performance scores of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment.The decrease degree of the test group was lower than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P=0.002).(6)There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups of safety,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Banxia Jiangni Decoction intervention cisplatin treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by malignant tumors,can reduce the occurrence of delayed nausea and vomiting,reduce the impact of cisplatin on the appetite and physical status of patients,there are obvious results,no obvious adverse reactions.
