The Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of GERD With Huatanjianzhujiangpi Decoction

Objective:To observe the effect and safety of HuatanJianzhuJiangpi Decoction in treating gastroesophageal reflux diseases(GERD).Methods:60 qualified cases were selected according to diagnostic criteria, inclusive criteria and exclusive criteria and were randomly divided into the treatment group(30cases) and the control group(30cases). The treatment group was taken orally by HuatanJianzhuJiangpi decoction while the control group was taken orally by the capsule of ranitidine bismuth citrate(RBC).The treatment time was composed of 4 weeks.After treatment the changes of clinical symptoms as well as gastroscopy were observed while safty tests of b 1 ood, routine urine test, liver and kidney function etc. One course of treatment consists of 4 consecutive weeks. Lastly the therapeutic effect and safety of HuatanJianzhuJiangpi decoction was evaluated.Results:The total clinical effective rate were 90.0% respectively in the treatment group; the corresponding values in the control group were 83.33%.There was no statistical significance.The two groups did not have significant difference in the above mentioned efficacy of the two groups of patients with endoscopic and histopathological examination was compared, there is no statistical significance. Two groups of patients with symptoms after 4 weeks compared with pre-treatment symptoms,examine by t, In addition to the control group at heartburn, symptoms of pantothenic acid was no statistical significance, There is no obvious side reaction between two groups.Conclusion:The result indicate that HuatanJianzhuJiangpi decoction can obviously alleviate the symptoms and endoscopic manifestation of GERD.The tests of blood, routine urine test, liver and kidney function shown no obvious side effects.Not only the curative rate of HuatanJianzhuJiangpi decoction is obvious, but also to reduce side effect of western medicine, opening a new way on treating GERD.
