Objective ?To investigate the effect to lower esophageal sphincter pressure on the rabbit model of reflux esophagitis by the treatment with JiangNi decoction combined low intensity helium-neon laser.?To investigate the effect to the content of NO,VIP,SP,CGRP and NPY in the plasma and esophageal tissue on the rabbit model of reflux esophagitis,by the treatment with JiangNi decoction combined low intensity helium-neon laser.Methods ?Seventy rabbits were randomly and averagely divided into JiangNi decoction group,laser group,blank control group,positive control group?and JiangNi decoction A,B,C group combined laser.Then we make a rabbit model of reflux esophagitis with infusing acid.And we will respectively measure the pressure of Lower esophageal sphincter on the rabbit before making model,after the model and after treatment.?Twenty rabbits were randomly divided into the blank control group and JiangNi decoction combined laser group.Then we make a rabbit model of reflux esophagitis with infusing acid.Finally,the content of NO,VIP,SP,CGRP and NPY in the plasma and esophageal tissue of rabbits will be detected.Results ?Except to the blank control group,other groups were statistically significant increased(P<0.01),which between after modeling and after treatment;both the JiangNi decoction A and B group combined laser have no significant difference(P>0.05),which between before modeling and after treatment,while it is significantly higher regard to the laser C group and the laser group.?The content of NO in rabbit esophageal tissues in the treatment group is significantly lower than in the blank control group(P<0.05).The content of VIP in rabbit esophageal tissues and plasma in the treatment group is significantly lower than in the blank control group(P<0.05),The content of CGRP in rabbit esophageal tissues and plasma in the treatment group is significantly lower than in the blank control group(P<0.01),while the content of SP is significantly higher than in the blank control group(P<0.01),the content of NPY is significantly higher than in the blank control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ?The proper irradiation time of low-intensity helium-neon laser is fifteen to thirty minutes;The mechanism that JiangNi decoction combined low-intensity helium-neon laser to increase lower esophageal sphincter pressure.?The mechanism that JiangNi decoction combined low-intensity helium-neon laser to treat reflux esophagitis may be related to reduce the content of NO in tissues and VIP,CGRP in tissues and plasma,and increase the content of SP,NPY in tissues and plasma.
