With the development of our society and economy,the contradiction between the increasing demand of medical service and the shortage of existing medical resources is becoming increasingly prominent.Under this situation,the state has promoted a series of measures,such as the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,vigorously guiding the society to run the medical service,and promoted the development of private hospitals.As China is a country with public medical service as the main and private medical service as the auxiliary,private hospitals have been playing the role of supplementary medical resource supply since their emergence.Under the guidance of a series of national policies,they have developed vigorously,driven forward together with public hospitals,and jointly met the diversified medical service needs of the people.They have become an indispensable part of China’s medical and health service system Points.However,with the increasing number of private hospitals in China,there are many problems in the development of private hospitals,such as high operating pressure,lack of technical personnel,unclear development strategy and so on.In addition to the support of national macro policies for private hospitals,private hospitals themselves need to establish a set of efficient management system to achieve the sustainable development of hospitals.Among them,as a scientific and independent management means,performance evaluation can help private hospitals to achieve strategic goals and vision,realize the long-term and healthy development of private hospitals,and make them better contribute to China’s medical and health services.But many private hospitals in our country have not established their own performance evaluation system,or the index design is not comprehensive.Therefore,how to establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system and combine it with the development strategy of private hospitals has become the core of this paper.At present,there are more case studies on the performance evaluation of public hospitals and few on the performance evaluation of private hospitals.After reviewing the related research of private hospitals at home and abroad,this paper studies the performance evaluation of private hospitals in China.First of all,this paper combs the related concepts,performance evaluation theories and the importance of performance evaluation of private hospitals,which lays the foundation for the study.Secondly,based on the needs of thedevelopment of H private hospitals,this paper constructs the performance evaluation index system of H private hospitals by using the performance evaluation method of Balanced Scorecard,starting from the strategic objectives of H private hospitals Through the combination of subjective and objective weight giving method to determine the index weight.Finally,based on the established performance evaluation system,this paper calculates the performance evaluation simulation results of H private hospital in 2018 and2019,analyzes them,and puts forward the relevant application of security measures.In this paper,through the performance evaluation of H private hospitals,it is found that H private hospitals have insufficient talent construction investment,limited customer groups,and medical technology needs to be improved,which has affected the development of H private hospitals.As an effective strategic management tool,the balanced scorecard can help private hospitals to clarify their strategic goals and take into account the coordinated development of economic and social benefits,thereby enabling the sustainable and healthy development of private hospitals.The performance evaluation system of private hospitals established in this paper is more comprehensive and comprehensive,and it can be used as a reference for the performance evaluation of other private hospitals in China.Market competitiveness promotes long-term development of private hospitals. |
