Hospital,as the most important part of the health system,has been shouldering the important responsibility of prolonging and saving lives.The operation efficiency of the hospital has an important impact on the quality of life of the people,the number and structure of the regional population and even the social and economic development.At first,all the hospitals in our country were set up at the expense of the state.In recent years,in order to improve the quality of medical services,reduce financial pressure and meet the increasingly diversified medical needs of the masses,the government has gradually relaxed the access requirements of the medical market.Hospital ownership has gradually changed from a single state ownership to a variety of forms of ownership,such as state,collective,individual and so on.Private hospitals go through dozens of With its development in 2000,it has become the largest medical service provider besides public hospitals.However,due to the influence of many factors,such as history and reality,there are many problems in private hospitals,such as high wastage rate of talents,high operational risk,low efficiency,high financial pressure and low social recognition.This seriously restricts the development of private hospitals,but also limits its responsibility to protect the lives and health of residents.With the continuous development of medical and health system and the deepening of medical reform in our country,private medical institutions need to deal with the pressure of different medical units,such as public hospitals,private hospitals,specialized hospitals and so on.At present,there are very serious obstacles to their survival.Performance management also plays a very significant role in hospital management.Performance management is an important way to optimize the management ability of medical institutions and is the main measure to ensure the core competitiveness of hospitals.The construction of a standardized and executive performance appraisal system has played a very key objective role in the development of the hospital.In this paper,K private hospital is selected as the research object,and with the help of different methods such as literature and case study,the operation of the hospital is discussed systematically,and the research conclusion is feasible and practical.This paper gives priority to the balanced scorecard and the basic concept of performance management,expounds the present situation and existing problems of performance management in K private hospitals,and then constructs the performance management system of K private hospitals based on balanced scorecard.Finally,through the comparative analysis of the performance management system after the implementation of the utility.Through the introduction of balanced scorecard to improve the hospital performance management system,improve the comprehensive operation efficiency of the hospital,improve the efficiency of hospital performance management.The hospital service ability alleviates the doctor-patient contradiction,enhances the hospital's comprehensive strength.At the same time,it provides a good reference for the medical institutions in the same background.
