With the deepening of the reform of the medical system,the investment of social capital to the medical market has been gradually liberalized.The competition in China's medical market is becoming more and more intense.How to open up the market and improve the economic benefit in the fierce competition has become a problem that every private hospital manager will face.More and more operators begin to enterprise management mode into the medical industry management,using the method of raising the level of performance management of cost control and enhance work efficiency,and make up for private hospitals in the factors of scale and technical level of disadvantage,so how to use scientific methods to enhance the level of performance management,the private hospital operator is urgent the problem.Performance assessment,as the core of performance management,is the root of solving this problem.How to establish a scientific,effective and executable performance evaluation system is the main research content of this article.Based on the performance evaluation of private hospitals as the research background,starting from the analysis of the status quo of performance appraisal in private hospitals,this paper explores the current situation of performance appraisal in private hospitals by interviews and questionnaires,and analyzes the existing problems and reasons in current performance appraisal.Through the analysis of the research status at home and abroad,combined with relevant theoretical knowledge to construct the performance evaluation system,using the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard and key performance indicators,reference "medical evaluation index","medical quality management measures" such as evaluation content,design the unification and strategic development goal of private hospital phase the performance appraisal index system,to achieve scientific weights,using expert evaluation method and hierarchical analysis method to determine the weight of each index.In order to ensure the implementation of performance assessment,the implementation management methods of performance appraisal system have been established.In order to ensure the executability of performance assessment,the protection measures of the performance appraisal system are put forward.The performance assessment system based on Balanced Scorecard can be implemented and sustainable improvement.The conclusions of this paper improve the original performance management system of private hospitals,and get the possibility of improving the hospital performance management methods.The method of performance management based on hospital strategic objectives is summarized.It provides reference for other people to establish and improve the performance evaluation index system.
