| Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of autologous free fat granule transplantation on facial contour reconstruction..Methods: autologous free fat granule transplantation was performed on 34 patients with facial contour defects admitted to our clinic department from January 2018 to March 2019.Use autologous free fat particle transplantation to inject fat into different parts of the face.Follow up postoperatively and keep the photos, compare and analyze the photos before and after the operation, observe the changes in facial contours, whether there are complications, record the satisfaction of patients and surgeons, and summarize the technical application points of autologous fat transplantation in facial aging treatment, complications and evaluation methods of curative effects. Results: All 34 patients in this group successfully completed the transplantation of autologous free fat granule, and achieved good facial contours after operation, with significant clinical efficacy. There were no complications such as infection, embolism, injection scars,or overcorrection after operation. The redness and bruise subsided completely within two weeks after the operation.Among them,2 cases had postoperative nodules, the use of diluted triamcinolone acetonide(2-4mg/ml)for local injection treatment can reduce hard nodules.Nineteen patients underwent secondary transplantation due to postoperative fat absorption, with good results after transplantation. The patient satisfaction was 76.5% on average, and postoperative effect satisfaction was79.4%.Conclusion: We found that the use of autologous free fat granule transplantation can improve facial contours, and achieve a better treatment effect of facial rejuvenation. However, over time,,the absorption rate of transplanted fat granule directly affects the surgical evaluation and patient satisfaction Therefore, secondary fat particle transplantation can be performed depending on the absorption of facial fat particles 3-6 months after surgery. |
