The Application Of The MAFT-GUN In Facial Fat Transplantation

Objective:To explore the use of MAFT-gun (Micro Autologous fat transplantation gun) fat autograft transplantation on facial for facial contour method and experience of plastic.Methods:Using artificial swelling in the negative pressure liposuction surgery suction thigh lateral subcutaneous fat.The swelling of the suction of the lateral thigh subcutaneous fat, liposuction surgery will pump out fat to static method, together with the gauze filter purification method to use MAFT-gun injection and smooth on face after mark sag area, tunnel for multi-level and quantitative injection, fan-shaped, to improve and restore facial contour. Since January 2013 to October 2014, to our hospital in facial depression patients of 76 cases, fat particles using MAFT-gnu injections of 20 cases as experimental group, a random sample to accept traditional fat transplantation push injections of 20 cases as control group. Treatment group using MAFT-granular fat injection gun, the control group using traditional injection method for particle fat injections. Respectively to observe the comparison of the treatment group and control group after postoperative swelling and ecchymosis, flatness,Use LOGIQ E9 ultrasound in six month respectively on two groups of postoperative patients with temporal filling which used to measure the thickness of the skin;Postoperative follow-up visits of 3-12 months patient satisfaction survey.Result:The experimental group total satisfaction rate was 95.0%, while the control group was 85.0%, two groups of roughness comparison, the experimental group after basic don’t appear blotchy, postoperative edema subside speed is better than that of control group, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05), no severe complications and adverse reactions.Conclusion:Using MAFT-gun for facial fine autologous fat granules transplantation compared with the traditional facial autologous fat transplantation, postoperative fat survival rate is higher, postoperative effect seems smooth and nature, fewer complications, patient satisfaction is high, suitable for clinical application.
