Clinical Application Of Autologous Fat Transplantation In Plastic Surgery

Objective:To explore the application value of autologous fat transplantation in clinical plastic surgery and evaluate its clinical efficacy.Methods: From January 2017 to January 2018,30 patients who were unsatisfied with facial and breast morphology in our hospital were selected as subjects.The method of autologous fat granule injection was transplanted into facial depressions and breasts.The lower abdomen,the anterolateral part of the thigh and the buttocks are used as fat supply areas.The fat is extracted by manual liposuction,and then the extracted fat is purified by the standing method,and the purified fat is rinsed and precipitated.After that,it is injected into the patient’s facial depression and small breast deformity.Results: During the postoperative follow-up,2 patients were found to have local induration,but disappeared after local massage,hot compress or physiotherapy,and no hematoma,infection or asymmetry complications occurred,and the patient The satisfaction is higher.Conclusion: The method of autologous fat granule injection for patients with facial depression and small breast deformity can significantly improve the facial and breast condition of the patient,and the treatment is simple,the surgical scar is small,the patient suffers less pain and has high satisfaction,and the clinical application is very safe and effective.
