Clinical Study On The Treatment Of A0-C Fracture Of The Distal Radius Of The Elderly With Syndrome Differentiation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Volar Locking Plate

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment combined with volar approach locking plate in the treatment of AO-C fractures of the distal radius of the tibia according to the three-stage syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Retrospective analysis of the Department of Orthopaedics,the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,collected 40 cases of AO-C fractures of the distal radius of the elderly from June 2016 to June 2018.Among them,20 patients in the treatment group were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and internal iliac bone grafting in combination with the distal humeral fractures.The control group was treated with 20 patients in the control group.The control group was treated with the volar approach locking plate.There were no significant differences in male-female ratio,age,and fracture type between the two groups,which were comparable.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine according to the three-stage syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine bone injury.The follow-up observation and recording of the postoperative swelling time and fracture healing time,the ulnar angle,the palm dip angle and the height of the humerus at different time were recorded.The visual analog scores at different times and the wrist function scores at 6 months after surgery were statistically analyzed using SPSS 20.0.The short-term clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Result:During the follow-up,both groups were followed up without any abnormalities.There were significant differences in preoperative and postoperative imaging data between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that each group had significant improvement after surgery.There was no significant difference in imaging data between the 6 months and 1 week after operation(P>0.05),indicating that the fixation was fixed in the two groups,but the postoperative swelling time,fracture healing time,There was a difference in the VAS pain score and wrist function score between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The AO-C fracture of the distal humerus was treated by the volar approach locking plate.The fracture reduction was satisfactory,the internal fixation was firm and reliable,and it can effectively maintain the fracture healing.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the third phase of differentiation and treatment has accelerated swelling and relief.The combination of pain and promotion of fracture healing can shorten the time of fracture healing,reduce the pain of elderly patients,exercise wrist function as early as possible,recover injured wrist joints at an early date,and improve the quality of life of elderly patients.Clinical application and promotion.
