| Objective: To investigate the preliminary results of locking plate in the treatment of Die-punch fracture of the distal radius. Methods: Twenty-eight patients were enrolled in this study from January 2016 to April 2017.Surgical duration, intraoperative blood loss, incision length, postoperative hospital stay and the other index were recorded.VAS,DASH,Sarmiento score were performed to evaluate clinical results of these patients. Results: The mean time of surgical duration, intraoperative blood loss, incision length, postoperative hospital stay and DASH score were 64.35± 12.16 min,51.68±8.91 ml,8.28±1.36 cm,6.87±1.47 d,5.86±7.38,respectively.The excellent rate of Sarmiento was 92.86%.TFollowing up for 23.07 +6.07 months(15-31 months),the results showed that the wrist movement in all directions after different types of fractures were different, but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).The mean follow up of these patients was 23.07±6.07 months(15-31 months),the data showed that the postoperative wrist movement in all directions different from each other, but there were no significant difference between three types of Die-punch fractures. Conclusion: Locking plate can ensure the biomechanical stability required for Die-punch fractures, and the good function of the wrist can restore after postoperative functional exercise. There was no significant difference in prognosis among dorsal, volar and longitudinal split fractures. |
