| China is one of the major potato producing countries in the world.Driven by the strategy of potato staple food,potato breeding goal required good quality,high yield and disease resistance.At the same time,It is urgent to breed new varieties for special processing.In the present research,The NNS-P11,NNS-H6,NNS-H4,NNS-C10,NNS-L9 and NNS-Y40 of 6 new color potato strains were used as materials,which were bred by our research group at the early stage,and the potato variety ’MIN-021’ was used as control.We focused on the analysis of cytology,important traits and SSR genetic differences of each new strain.The main results are as follows:1.The pollen fertility rates of the six new colored strains ranged from 39.95% to 81.12%,the strain NNS-P11 had the highest fertility rate and NNS-Y40 had the lowest fertility rate.The chromosome pairing configuration of each strain followed by 2n=4x=48=1.08Ⅰ+14.89Ⅱ+1.18Ⅲ+3.40Ⅳ,2n=4x=48=2.35Ⅰ+11.96Ⅱ+3.59Ⅲ+2.74Ⅳ,2n=4x=48=2.10Ⅰ+14.21Ⅱ+1.35Ⅲ+3.02Ⅳ,2n=4x=48=3.31Ⅰ+13.98Ⅱ+2.99Ⅲ+1.94Ⅳ,2n=4x=48=3.45Ⅰ+12.94Ⅱ+2.81Ⅲ+2.56Ⅳ and 2n=4x=48=8.23Ⅰ+6.92Ⅱ+6.07Ⅲ+1.93Ⅳ.2.Each new potato strain tuberization habits were concentrated and tidy,eye shallow,there were also differences in potato shape,potato flesh color and potato skin color between the six potato strains.The growth periods varies between 85 and 110d,the new strains NNS-P11 and NNS-C10 were medium-precocious type potatoes and the remaining four new strains were Medium ripe type potatoes.3.The number of tuber per plant of each new strain ranged from 4.5 to 7.1,the tuber yield ranged from 0.86kg to 1.24kg,average potato weight ranged from 160.73g to213.19g,and commercial potato rate ranged from 74.32% to 94.07%.4.The dry matter content of each strain ranged from 20.19% to 22.45%,starch content ranged from 15.15% to 18.58%,reducing sugar content ranged from 0.051% to0.177%,anthocyanin content ranged from 117mg/kg·FW to 628.91mg/kg·FW.The new strain NNS-P11 is suitable for anthocyanin extraction,and the other 5 new strains are suitable for fresh-eating.5.Ten pairs of SSR suitable primers were screened out,and a total of 82 SSR polymorphism loci were obtained by amplification,with the polymorphic ratio of 78.10%.The primer S153 was used to establish SSR fingerprints of seven potato materials.The seven materials were divide into 3 categorie by cluster analysis: the first category was the new strain NNS-P11,NNS-L9,NNS-Y40 and control ‘MIN-021’,the second category was the new strain NNS-H6 and NNS-H4,the new strain NNS-C10 was separated a catagory. |
