With the further implementation of the strategic decision-making of potato staple food in China,it has been paid more attention to cultivate the special new varieties of potato with short fertility period,high yield,good quality and outstanding commodity performance.Our group have made a cross of MH and MIN II with high dry matter and starch content,and obtained the F1 hybrid population,from which eight hybrid strains with excellent comprehensive properties were selected.In this research,using parents as control,I compared and analyzed the molecular cytology and main traits of eight hybrid strains.The main results are as follows:1.There were some differences in pollen fertility rate among 8 potato hybrid strains,ranged from 48.1%to 77.3%.The pollen fertility of strain MH×M?-77 was less than 50%,other strains were more than 50%.2.The research identified the PMCM I chromosome pairing configurations of eight hybrid strains MHxM ?-01,MHxM ?-23,MHxM?-39,MHxM ?-45,MHxM ?-56,MH×M?-77,MHxM ?-98 and MH×M?-110,which were 3.82 ?+13.05 ?+2.31?+2.79?,6.52 ?+13.04?+2.24?+2.17?,4.37 ?+9.97?+3.19?+3.53?,4.05 ?+15.54?+2.12?+1.63?,2.71 ?+13.85?+2.35?+2.64?,8.44 ?+7.08?+5.92?+1.91?,5.20 ?+8.61 ?+6.76?+1.33? and 1.13 ?+11.69 ?+1.04?+5.09?,respectively.3.MH×M?-01 is a middle and early ripening strain,others are middle-ripening strains.The potato shape of each strain was obviously different.All the strains have smooth tuber epidermis,shallow sprouts,and concentrated potato.4.The tuber number of single plant ranged from 4.29 to 6.57,and the yield of single plant ranged from 978 g to 1150 g,which was significantly higher than that of parents.The average potato weight of single plant ranged from 185.25 g to 235.43 g,and the rate of commercial potato ranged from 80.0%to 92.0%.5.There were some differences in tuber nutritional composition among these strains.MH ×M?-98 and MH×M?-23 are all-powder processed strains,MH×M?-77 and MH×M?-45 are high-protein strains,and MH×M?-23 are the strains with high anthocyanin content.6.Using 10 screened SRAP suitable primers to amplify 10 materials,a total of 152 polymorphic bands were obtained,and the polymorphism was 78.76%.In addition,a SRAP fingerprint was established to distinguish 10 test materials.7.The genetic distance(GD)of these strains and their parents is from 0.290 to 0.640.Using 0.40 as a benchmark,the test materials were divided into five categories:the strain MH×M?-01,MH×M?-98 and female parent MH were as a category;strain MH×M?-39,MH×M?-56,MH×M?-110 and male parent M? were as a category;strain MH×M?-23,MH×M?-45 and MH×M?-77 were as a category,respectively.
