Potato is the important grain and vegetable crop in our country.The study aimed at the present situation of the shortage of the special processing potato varieties in our country and w e carried out breeding of new varieties.According to the parental matching principle of trait complementary,we use the colorful potato 'Si Cai' and 'Cai Yi' with short-term period as female parent,and 'M?' and 'Long Shu7' that has strong late blight resistance,high dry matter and starch content as male parent,and Successfully obtained the F1 segregation population of three cross combinations 'Si Cai×M?','Cai Yi×M?' and'Si CaixLong Shu7,and then reserved the clonal population via planting the tuber of hybrids F1.Combined with determination and evaluation of agronomic traits including morphology,tuber yield and quality,we finally did breed out five new strains A6,A10,A11,B2 and C2 with excellent comprehensive traits.This thesis is mainly to analyze the aspect on yield,quality,pollen fertility rate.chromosome pairing configuration.SSR fingerprint and so on.The main results show as follow:1.New strains A6,A10,All are from hybrid F1 combination 'Si Cai×M?,the combinations 'Cai Yi×M?' and 'Si Cai×Long Shu7' do breed out new strain B2 and strain C2,respectively.Strain B2 has the highest starch.Strains A11 and C2 are suitable for granules processing.Strains A6 and A10 are suitable for fresh-eating.2.The growth periods of new strains ranged from 85 days to 113 days.Strains A6.A10,A11 and B2 were mid-early varieties.Strain C2 was late-maturing varieties.The five new strains were tidy and concentrated tuber,eye shallow,of which the average yield were high(more than 1kg)and the commodity potato rate is more than 85%.3.We found out the chromosome pairing configuration of the five new strains A6,A10,A11 B2 and C2,5.66 ? +11.47 ?+3.6?+2.15?,2.98 ? +13.54 ? +2.2?+2.83?,3.47 ? +12.13 ?+3.21?+2.66?.8.27 ? +9.26 ?+4.43?+1.98?,1.95 ? +15.46 ?+1.35?+2.77?,respectively.4.There exists a certain difference in the pollen fertility between the five new hybrid strains which can be used as intermediate materials for further crossing and utilize.The pollen fertility rate of strains A6,A10,A11 and C2 were above 50%.and strain B2 was below 50%.5.Using 10 SSR special primers to amplify grenome DNA of the five excellent new strains and their parents.a total of 106 polymorphic bands were detected.And the three pairs of special primers were used to construct SSR fingerprint map among new strains.
