Research On Quality And Safety Supervision Of Livestock Products In Hainan Province

Food is the first thing in life.The quality and safety of livestock products is related to the table safety of every family.To ensure the quality of livestock products and strengthen the supervision of the quality and safety of livestock products is an important means to protect people’s life and health,and is the basis to satisfy people’s yearning for a better life.At the same time,under the background of Hainan’s free trade port construction,improving the quality level of livestock products is also conducive to improving the competitiveness of Hainan’s livestock products in the domestic and even international markets,facilitating the high-quality development of Hainan’s agriculture and facilitating the construction of Hainan’s free trade port.Taking livestock product quality and safety supervision as the research object,this study USES literature research,field investigation,summary and case analysis and other research methods to sort out the current situation of livestock product quality supervision in Hainan,including the current development situation of livestock industry in Hainan,the situation of supervision institutions and the implementation of supervision work in various links.On this basis,it summarizes the problems still existing in the key links of its supervision,which mainly include the loopholes in the supervision of input products,the heavy pressure of animal epidemic prevention and control,the deficiencies in the supervision of animal health,and the difficulty in tracing the problematic animal products.Then it analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of laws and regulations,supervision objects and supervision subjects.Finally,combining the existing problems and causes,five strategies for the quality and safety supervision of livestock products in Hainan are put forward:First,to strengthen the construction of laws and regulations of livestock products,not only to improve the relevant laws and regulations,but also to strengthen the construction of technical standard system and quality safety certification system;The second is to focus on the control of the quality of livestock products from the source,including the supervision of the object of publicity and education,the implementation of the access system for breeding;The third is to strengthen the construction of inspection and testing system and team construction,strengthen the supervision force,here the most important is based on the provincial situation,according to local conditions proposed to build a provincial,regional,city and county composed of three levels of rational layout,efficient operation of the provincial livestock product quality safety testing system;Fourth,in consideration of the limited regulatory power,we should make full use of the means of the information age,do a good job of information construction,to improve regulatory efficiency;Fifth,promote the large-scale and brand development of animal husbandry to reduce the cost of supervision.
