Research On The Current Situation And Problems Of Livestock Products Quality And Safety Supervision In Yancheng

In recent years,the development of animal husbandry has been mentioned so many times in the No.1 Central Document.Our country continues to carry out many policies to strengthen agricultureand farmers.The monument of stockbreeding development is fierce.Though animal husbandry has good development situation,some problems also cannot be ignored.According to the explosure of CCTV in 2017,some productsare all among them.Besides,74 beef cattle from other provinces that added Clenbuterol Hydrochloride were ferreted in JiangSu.The livestock and poetry,along with its products,has been polluted badly.These problems have proved that we can’t underestimate the animal husbandly quality security problem in the developing process.It needs us pay more attention to it so that People’s safety consumptiondemand can be met.This article introduces the animal husbandry supervision system of quality security at home and abroad.It preliminary summaries modernized managing approaches from other countries,analyses their supervision experience and compare that system with that of our country.Take YanCheng as an example,this article introduces the current situation of stockbreeding development in YanCheng in three aspects.They’re livestock production,raising scale and industrialization management.Through investigating the current situation of animal products quality supervision in YanCheng,it analyses the supervision ways from five aspects.They are laws and regulations,supervision team,supervision of animal medicines,harmless treatment of dead animals and regulation enforcement.It also describes the supervision measures animal epidemic disease control,animal quarantine and quality security of animal products.After overall understanding of YanCheng’s supervision situation of animal product quality security,it preliminarily summaries the main problems in the feeding condition,feeding process,killing process and supervision process.Then it analyses the causes from 3 aspects of laws and regulations,cultured subject and government supervision.On the basis of knowing current situation,summarizing problems and analyzing causes,it puts forward some related countermeasures to improve the quality security of animal products in YanCheng.It includes,enhancing the legal degree of animal product security,ensuring safety on the sources of animal products,building the supervision teams and improving the supervision level of safety information in animal products quality.
