Research On The Quality And Safety Supervision System Of Aquatic Products In China From The Perspective Of The New Food Security Concept

The current world situation is complex and diverse.Against the background of the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict,the COVID-19 sweeping the world,and the intensification of anti globalization,a variety of uncertain risk factors have increased significantly,and the status of food security as the "biggest country" has become prominent.How to stabilize the "Chinese rice bowl" has become an important issue for the current government to govern.The Party and government,based on the national conditions of China’s food development,have scientifically implemented the people-oriented governance principle,which is of profound significance for building a harmonious society and implementing the concept of big food.As an important source of food,aquatic products ensure the safe and stable operation of the aquatic product supply chain,and do a good job in supervising the quality and safety of aquatic products,which is related to the food security of the general public and must be taken seriously.Cultivated aquatic products are the main source of edible aquatic products in China.Due to the relatively low proportion of harvested aquatic products in China’s aquatic product production,this article mainly discusses aquaculture aquatic products.This article mainly combines the background of food security and the "Big Food Outlook",starting from the new food security perspective,and takes the quality and safety supervision system of aquaculture products in China as the research object.Based on the research of various aspects of aquatic product quality and safety supervision,the research focuses on the supervision system of aquatic product quality and quantity safety.The research content mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly,an overview of the research background and significance,as well as the current research status at home and abroad,Furthermore,the research framework,content,and methods of this article are proposed;Secondly,introduce the theoretical knowledge and definitions related to the quality and safety supervision of aquatic products involved in this article,providing a theoretical basis for the article;Then,from the aspects of production and supply,market circulation,and retail consumption,we will sort out and analyze the problems surrounding the quality and safety supervision of aquatic products;Summarize the regulatory systems of aquatic products in regions and countries such as the European Union,the United States,and Japan,and draw on their experiences for reference;Finally,based on the background of the new food security concept,corresponding suggestions are proposed for the quality and safety supervision system of aquaculture products in China,and the research conclusions of this article and prospects for future research are proposed.I hope that the research in this article can provide some practical reference for government regulatory entities involved in the quality and safety supervision of aquaculture products,helping them better play their regulatory role in the supply process of aquatic products,and thus ensuring the normal and stable operation of China’s aquatic product supply chain to a greater extent.
