Research On Women’s Role Changes And Influencing Factors In Island Fishing Villages

While the "three fishing" issues relative to agriculture,rural areas and farmers are being paid more and more attention,women’s issues,as a hot topic in today’s society,have attracted people’s increasing attention.This paper combines the two hot topics to study,focusing on a special group-women in island fishing village.Through the field research of Dongji Town,this paper analyzes the changes of fishing village and women’s role The relationship between the changes,especially in the context of the adjustment of the industrial structure of the fishing village and the fishermen changing their jobs,has caused great changes in the role of women in the fishing village.Women’s employment is the fundamental reason for the change of their roles.In Dongji Town,women’s employment is limited by cultural quality,traditional ideas,professional skills and employment space.To promote women’s employment and better realize women’s personal value,it is necessary to increase learning opportunities,improve women’s cultural quality,break the ideological shackles,set an example,and strengthen employment training It is necessary to strengthen the professional skills,expand the employment space and supplement the entrepreneurial elements.In this paper,through the literature research method,from the island fishing village and women’s concept,development path and other aspects of research,fully understand the domestic and foreign related research trends.At the same time,the paper distinguishes the concept of women’s role and changing jobs,and focuses on the guiding role of industrial structure evolution theory and role theory in this paper.By means of questionnaire and in-depth interview,this paper studies the process and influencing factors of women’s role change in Dongji Town,describes women’s roles in industry and family before,during and after changing jobs,analyzes the changes,and studies the influencing factors from political,economic,cultural and family aspects.In order to better realize the change of women’s role,it is necessary to increase learning opportunities and improve women’s cultural quality;break the ideological shackles and set an example;strengthen employment training and enhance professional skills;expand employment space,In order to promote the smooth progress of women’s role change in fishing villages in China,four aspects should be improved.
