Research On The Development Of Marine Fishing Villages In My Country Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

my country has entered a new era of socialism,and the stage of economic development has gradually shifted to high-quality development.Among them,unbalanced development mainly refers to the development gap between urban and rural areas,and insufficient development mainly refers to the backward development of rural areas^[2].In response to this main contradiction,the Communist Party of China proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Traditional fishing villages are a type of traditional villages.They are living fossils that can reflect the harmonious coexistence between human beings and the ocean for nearly a century or even a thousand years.They contain rich fishing culture and historical traditions,and are precious cultural heritage of human beings,which need to be paid attention to and protected.and one of the important components of large-scale agriculture（agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,and sideline fishing）is fishery,so while rural construction,we must also pay attention to the construction of fishing villages.Many scholars at home and abroad have also conducted research on the transformation and development of fishing villages,mainly focusing on transformation and development models,individual cases,and the construction of new fishing villages.From the perspective of research and specific implementation,domestic scholars’research on the transformation and development of fishing villages is still in the primary theory.In the research stage,it is relatively behind foreign countries,but with the corresponding policies proposed by the state,domestic fishing villages have ushered in an opportunity for transformation and development.On the premise of learning from successful foreign cases,they can build new fishing villages with Chinese characteristics according to local conditions.Relying on the background of the rural revitalization strategy,with the theory of sustainable development and the theory of land-sea coordination as the theoretical support,this paper discusses the goals that should be achieved in the development of my country’s marine fishing villages from five aspects:politics,economy,culture,society and ecology;From the perspective of"three fishes",it considers the existing problems and causes of the development of my country’s marine fishing villages,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of my country’s marine fishing villages in response to these problems.Mainly using the literature research method,it summarizes the successful cases of the development of marine fishing villages at home and abroad,and analyzes the points that the fishing villages should retain and change in the process of development.Using the case analysis method,several representative marine fishing villages at home and abroad are selected for analysis,and lessons worthy of reference are drawn.Combined with the more popular sharing economic development model in the new era,the innovative concept of building a shared fishing village is proposed.my country’s marine fishing villages can learn from this development model and combine the geographical location,environmental factors,resource endowments and regional policies of their respective regions.Develop new marine fishing villages with local characteristics.
