China is a large agricultural country,as the foundation of the national economy related to the country's agricultural development.However,water is the lifeblood of agriculture,food production security depends on water,so water conservancy construction directly affects the food security of our country.In this paper,the planning and design of Youxian new town gate village construction of farmland water conservancy project.Through the investigation on the planning of Regional Humanities and social and economic development,natural conditions and existing farmland water conservancy facilities on-site investigation and analysis of water demand and the balance calculation of statistical data,to complete the planning and design of Youxian new town gate village farmland water conservancy project,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)the survey results show that the original farmland water conservancy facilities Zhen Shan Men Cun Xin Shi too old,channel silted up seriously,make full use of water resources can not reach the irrigation efficiency decreased;the original water network more perplexing,waste of water resources,disaster prevention and irrigation water can not meet the requirements of engineering design specification of grade 5 and ten flood control standard years of engineering design requirements,main channel considering increasing runoff and irrigation rate,so as to improve the production capacity of farmland.(2)through the collection of Youxian each year rainfall and farmland water demand data,the calculation of water balance in the project area.The calculation results show that the project area belongs to the Hanlaobaoshou region,water supply can fully meet the demand of agricultural irrigation,but the utilization rate of existing water resources only reached 65%.(3)the project area small water conservancy project planning and design and construction,effectively enhance the drought resistance and drainage capacity of farmland in the area,improve the ability to resist natural disasters in the farmland,change the backward situation in the region previously farmers rely on the water resources utilization rate increased to 90%.(4)through the planning and design project of farmland water conservancy construction and maintenance implementation renovation project,the project area of 66.67 hectares in the original 55.67 hectares of paddy field from three into two,the original single cropping rice in all construction of double cropping rice,winter interplanting rapeseed.Economic benefits from the original 2000 yuan per year per mu increased to an annual per mu 5000 yuan.It is necessary to carry out the planning and design of farmland water conservancy.Agricultural ecology,water ecology,wetland and ecological water conservancy have been studied,but how in the planning and design of water conservancy ecological concept is still not a complete theory and method for guidance.Because of this,on the planning and design of integration of farmland water conservancy and ecological idea it is important to study the significance of farmland water conservancy project of Youxian New Town Gate Village for the design and construction planning,to guide in the future in the county and similar reference to the planning and design of small water conservancy proj ect area.
