Rabbits are docile,low-cost,small,and easy to raise.They have become a new breed of pets in China.The rabbit is an extremely nervous animal.It is weak and easily frightened.Therefore,anesthesia and sedation are particularly important in the course of disease treatment.Good anesthesia and sedation can reduce the stress response of pets and provide surgical treatment.Guaranteed.At present,inhalation anesthesia is the safest method of anesthesia,but there are relatively few studies on inhalation anesthesia in rabbits,and there are no specific reports on the effects of different induced anesthesia on the physiological indicators and body of rabbits.The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sulta-induced anesthesia and propofol-induced anesthesia on the physiological function of pet rabbits under isoflurane maintenance anesthesia,and to verify the feasibility of the surgical operation,for pet rabbits The clinical anesthesia provides scientific basis.In this experiment,16 rabbits were randomly divided into two groups,each with 8 rabbits,half male and half female.One group was induced anesthesia with 0.02 mg/kg dexmedetomidine combined with 1.5 mg/kg Shutai,and the other group was induced anesthesia with 11±5 mg/kg propofol.Both groups used 0.5%-3% Isoflurane inhalation anesthesia is maintained.Before anesthesia and 5,10,15,30,45,60,75,and 90 min after anesthesia,the rabbit’s respiratory system indicators,circulatory system indicators and anesthesia effect scores are monitored,Before anesthesia and 1.5,4,12,24,48,and 72 h after anesthesia,the changes of liver and kidney indexes and oxidative stress indexes of rabbits were monitored.The two anesthesia schemes were applied to the sterilization operation,and the anesthesia effect of the two groups of rabbits during the operation was observed to verify the feasibility.The results show that the two groups of anesthesia programs have little effect on the pulse oximetry and end-breathing carbon dioxide partial pressure before and after anesthesia,but the respiratory frequency will decrease significantly after the injection of the induction anesthetic.The two groups are at each time point after anesthesia and before anesthesia.There are extremely significant differences(P<0.01).In the circulatory system,the heart rate changes trends of the two groups of rabbits are different.There is a significant difference between the two groups at 5 min and 10 min after anesthesia(P<0.05).The body temperature and mean arterial pressure of the two groups of experimental rabbits have the same trend,both showing There was a downward trend and there were significant differences between 15,30,45,60,75,and 90 before anesthesia(P<0.05).The changes of biochemical indicators before and after anesthesia fluctuated within the normal range.As far as the antioxidant system is concerned,the dextromethorphan/shutai group has little effect on the body’s antioxidant system.Anesthesia effect The sedative,analgesic,and muscle relaxation effects of the dextromethorphan/shutai group are better than those of the propofol group.In the surgical verification test,the maintenance dose of isoflurane in the dextromethorphan/saltazone group was 0.5%-1.5%,and the maintenance dose of isoflurane in the propofol group was 1%-2%.Both groups could reach the depth of anesthesia required for surgery.,Complete the sterilization of female rabbits.Comprehensive experimental results show that the two induction anesthesia schemes are non-toxic to the liver and kidneys,have high safety,and the effect of inducing smooth anesthesia is reliable.However,the dextromethorphan / Zoletil group has less effect on the body’s antioxidant system,and is sedative and sedative.Pain and muscle relaxation are better.When using two anesthesia schemes for sterilization of female rabbits,both groups of anesthesia schemes can achieve the anesthesia effect required by the operation.The operation is successfully completed,but the dextromethorphan/sutai group used less isoflurane when maintaining anesthesia,and the two groups The anesthesia program can be used in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pet rabbits.
