The airport is the core basic resource for the daily production and operation of airlines and the core place to ensure the orderly development of aviation products,services,cargo transportation and other industries.As the basic service provided by the airport,security inspection service is mainly responsible for the security inspection of passengers and their belongings to eliminate potential security risks.In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and civil aviation industry,the passenger volume of large aviation hubs is increasing year by year.The scheduling of security personnel has become an important part of airport operation and management.Due to the increasing passenger traffic volume,the deployment methods originally adopted by the airport,such as manual scheduling and experience scheduling,are difficult to meet the growing business needs.Airport security staff often complain about the long working hours,high intensity and poor work experience under the original scheduling plan,resulting in a high turnover rate of airport staff all year round.The covid-19 outbreak in early 2020 is also a major challenge to airport security.As the last hurdle connecting the domestic and international airports,the airport staff may have potential exposure to COVID-19 carriers.In order to do a good job of "external defense input" and ensure the health of employees,the airport uniformly requires employees to wear protective clothing,masks and other protective facilities during work.But all the protective tools are timeliness and costly.How to optimize the scheduling of new crown pneumonia during the special period is a major challenge in the airport security operation management.Starting from the problems existing in the security inspection scheduling mode of the airport above,this paper analyzes the airport security inspection scheduling problem during the epidemic period by using the relevant ideas of the two-stage scheduling method,and decomposes the originally complex scheduling problem into three sub problems,security inspection channel demand planning,shift type generation and shift scheme matching.The relationship between shift scheduling objectives and various parameters and variables is clarified.Then,combined with the real operation scenarios of different links and the corresponding constraints,this paper establishes integer programming models for the three sub problems.In the security inspection channel demand planning model,this paper applies the relevant ideas of queuing theory and classical models to the airport security inspection scene during the epidemic,establishing an integer programming model with the goal of minimizing the total number of security inspection channels under the condition of meeting the requirements of airport security inspection operation,and uses the real production data of airport S during the epidemic to solve the optimal security inspection channel planning scheme.Then,combining the novel coronavirus pneumonia’s work characteristics and the safety of employees’ work environment,the paper divides the two working hours of the employees into fixed and unfixed conditions.Based on the airport real operation scenario of the new crown pneumonia epidemic period,considering the cost of protection,the minimum cost of airport security operation is taken as the optimization objective.The scheduling optimization scheme on the premise of meeting the needs of security inspection service is studied respectively.In the shift scheduling model with fixed working hours,referring to the standard man hour system,this paper establishes the shift generation model with the goal of minimizing the total operation cost of security inspection and the shift scheme matching model with the goal of minimizing the number of employees working.Then,based on the previously solved demand data of the optimal security inspection channel,this paper uses Cplex software to solve the model and obtain the optimal scheduling scheme.Through the comparative analysis between the new scheduling scheme and the scheduling scheme solved under the original scheduling mode,it is proved that the new scheduling mode proposed in this paper has great optimization in many aspects,such as efficiency,cost and personnel utilization.Among them,the protection cost is reduced by 100%,which verifies the effectiveness of the optimization scheme.In the scheduling model with variable hours,the comprehensive man hour system is further introduced to improve the scope of application of the model.By relaxing the assumption of working hours,the flexibility of the scheduling model is increased,and a security personnel scheduling model with better resource allocation is established to reduce the total cost of security inspection operation.Then,the idea of simulated annealing algorithm is used to design the solution of the model.The constraint condition that the number of shift scheduling meets the predicted demand is put into the objective function in the form of penalty function,and the optimal solution is found by continuously "annealing" iteration of the generated shift scheduling scheme.Finally,based on the previously solved optimal security inspection channel plan data,the proposed new scheduling model is solved to obtain the optimal scheduling scheme,and the new scheduling scheme is compared with the scheduling scheme solved under the original scheduling mode.The results show that under the condition of meeting the security inspection requirements,the new scheduling scheme is efficiently optimized in employee hours,idle times and other aspects,which saves a lot of airport security inspection operation costs and provides a scientific and effective management strategy for airport security inspection scheduling in the special period of the epidemic.
