Abstract/Summary:
Aircraft cabin cleaning is an important service activity in the airport ground support service system.The scientific and reasonable arrangement of cabin cleaning personnel will make full use of the existing cleaning service resources of the airport,improve the efficiency and service quality of the personnel,and enhance the competitiveness of the airport.This thesis takes the cabin cleaning department of a large domestic hub airport as the background to study the cabin cleaning personnel scheduling problem.The cabin cleaning personnel scheduling problem is characterized by high time-varying demand,multi-shift scheduling,stable work schedule and fair shift distribution,which greatly enhances the difficulty of scheduling.At present,the cabin cleaning department of the airport adopts manual scheduling,which is not only inefficient,but also lacks relevant scientific and reasonable scheduling theory and technical support.It is difficult to ensure the quality of scheduling.Therefore,this thesis studies the cabin cleaning personnel scheduling problem in this airport.The main contents are as follows.(1)Firstly,by analyzing the current situation of cabin cleaning personnel scheduling in this airport,this thesis founds the types and characteristics of the personnel scheduling problem and summarizes the current problems of scheduling.The needs of scheduling have been generalized from three aspects: airport,scheduler and personnel,which paved the way for the later model research.(2)In order to reduce the impact of model scheduling on the current personnel management system of the cabin cleaning department,an integer linear programming model for time-varying demand is constructed by combining the existing polling scheduling method of the cabin cleaning department and invoking Gurobi to solve.The model scheduling results are compared with the manual scheduling scheme through example analysis to verify the practicality of the personnel polling scheduling model.(3)This thesis analyzes the application trend of non-polling scheduling method in airport cabin cleaning personnel scheduling.Incorporating the research results of existing literature and actual scheduling requirements,an integer linear programming model for time-varying demand-oriented personnel non-consultation scheduling is constructed by proposing a set of general formulas for constructing shift continuity constraints.The feasibility of the non-polling scheduling model is verified through experimental analysis and comparison with the scheduling scheme of the personnel polling scheduling model.(4)Finally,in order to improve the solving efficiency of the non-polling scheduling model,the thesis designs a rolling cycle scheduling method,which divides a long scheduling period into several shorter scheduling periods.These periods are solved independently in sequence using a specific method,and then they are fused into a complete cycle scheduling solution.The effectiveness of this method is verified by experimental analysis.
