In the cold weather of rain and snow, the de-icing work before the flight departure is the key to ensure the normal operation of the aircraft. However, the de-icing resources of the airport, including de-icing slots and de-icing vehicles, are limited. Therefore, before the de-icing work is carried out,it is necessary to evaluate whether the flight will be delayed due to the limitation of de-icing resources. In the processing of flights' de-icing,it is of great significance to make reasonable scheduling of limited de-icing resources according to the actual situation of flights and de-icing slots,so as to ensure reliable and efficient de-icing work of the airport.Based on the distribution of airport de-icing slots of the departure flight as the research point, before the de-icing work, carries on the static de-icing slots optimization scheduling method research, get the scheduling results of the fixed number of flights. And expand the number of flights,do researches on the increased number of flights, finally get the de-icing service ability in current de-icing slots; When the deicing work is in progress, the dynamic de-icing slots allocation method is designed to help the deicing commander to carry out real-time de-icing slots allocation and ensure the efficient and orderly de-icing work. The main research contents of this thesis include:Firstly, the optimal scheduling problem of airport de-icing station is studied when the de-icing process time of each flight is the same in this thesis. This problem is essentially an APS problem, and because all flight times are the same,it is relatively easy to model. In this thesis,a linear integer programming model of deicing machine space allocation is established to minimize the number of flight delays, the total flight waiting time and the occupation of common de-icing slots.Compared with the current first come first served method, better scheduling results can be obtained. As a reference basis for the de-icing service capacity of the airport,it provides reference opinions for the scheduling of departing flights at the airport.Secondly, the optimal scheduling problem of airport de-icing slots is studied when the de-icing process of each flight is different in this thesis.A genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem by coding the scheduling scheme as two variables: the order of the selected de-icing slots and the order of the incoming de-icing slots. In addition,by studying the historical data of the airport, samples are taken to generate different cases to evaluate the risk degree of flight delay in the case of a specified number of flights,so as to provide reference opinions for the airport to formulate the number of flights taking off under the current de-icing resources. Finally, the dynamic allocation problem of deicing machine is studied.Through the real-time data interaction with the airport ACDM system,a dynamic allocation system of de-icing slots based on the first-come-first-served method is established. The system is set up in the form of Web Service, and the data is acquired in real time at the back end.The front end is provided to the de-icing commander for use, allowing manual intervention. The final application shows that the dynamic allocation system can satisfy the dynamic allocation of the deicing machine position and provide great convenience for the deicing commander.
