With the rapid development of global civil air transportation, the route network structure of the whole industry has undergone in-depth adjustment and transformation, which has intensified the competitive trend of global hub airport construction. As one of the most important ground security services in the hub airport, security inspection service is the key link in the flight departure process. To improve the efficiency of security inspection service, ensure passenger satisfaction and reduce the operating cost of the airport,it is necessary to rationally allocate the number of airport security inspection channels. The security check area of a large hub airport has huge passenger arrivals with high timevariablity, and the service time also fluctuates randomly, which makes the demand for security inspection service channels uncertain.Reasonable allocation of the opening number of timesegmented security inspection channels can meet the demand of service channels for timesegmented boarding passengers, and achieve the purpose of ensuring passenger satisfaction, reducing airport operating costs and improving the competitiveness of hub airports. In order to realize the optimal allocation of the opening number of security inspection channels in the airport, this paper uses the East-Third security inspection area of an airport to conduct research. The specific research content is as follows:Firstly, the empirical channel allocation scheme is analyzed and the distribution of interval time between arrival of passengers and individual passenger service time is fitted.Through the analysis of a large number of historical data, summed up the arrival rules of passenger groups, analyzed the current airport using experience to allocate the opening number of security channels method, and the random distribution of interval time between arrival of passengers and individual passenger service time in the process of security check is determined, and the fitting degree of the two is tested.Secondly, the optimal allocation model of the opening number of time-segmented security inspection channels is established and improved.By comparing the characteristics of the two queuing models,a //8)queuing service model based on queuing theory is established.Due to the poor allocation result of the model for the opening number of security checkpoints in the bottleneck period, the service intensity constraint in the bottleneck period is improved in this paper, and the corresponding decision variables are added. An improved model is obtained on the basis of the original model. Then, the model is designed to solve the algorithm. The number of passengers arriving at the airport security check area is characterized by high time variation and belongs to a nonstationary random process. In this paper, the problem is segmenting by the method of piecewise stabilization, and then the model is approximated by the method of enumeration to solve the model. Finally,a simulation model was established to design the simulation experiment, and the results of each channel allocation scheme were compared and evaluated and the effect was verified. In this paper,a Simulation model of the security queuing service process in the EastThird area of the airport based on the Tecnomatix Plant Simulation software is built and its reliability is verified. From the perspective of service cost, channel utilization, passenger satisfaction, the number of wasted channels, intensity of the service, probability of exceedance and so on,it is found that the comprehensive configuration optimization effect of the improved model optimization scheme is the best after many experiments.
