Research On Strategies For Reconstruction And Expansion Of Existing Beijing Municipal Hospitals Under The Background Of Remediation And Promotion

As the capital of China,Beijing has incomparable development advantages in China.However,due to the lack of planning for future development,the rapid expansion of Beijing’s urban scale,and the advantages of the capital’s agglomeration,a series of resource agglomeration effects have taken place in Beijing,resulting in a huge gap between the development of Beijing and its surrounding areas.The non capital function is the necessary measure for the development of Beijing.This paper discusses the important part of the non capital function relief: Beijing Medical Function relief,and discusses the methods and Strategies of the reconstruction and expansion of 22 municipal hospitals in Beijing under the new historical background in combination with the projects and scientific research activities participated by the tutors during the postgraduate period.At the beginning of this paper,the author introduces 22 municipal hospitals in Beijing and their important position in Beijing medical resources,and the preliminary work of the Research Institute during the postgraduate period.In the first part,the scope and significance of this research,the research status at home and abroad,and the specific research method framework are introduced.The second part starts with the overall development of Beijing,combs many problems of the current development of the capital,and makes a detailed research summary of the development of Beijing municipal hospitals focused on in this paper,and introduces solutions to the problems of Beijing and Beijing Municipal Hospitals respectively.The third part is the introduction of "problem-solving methods".Through the summary of the research results and project practice experience under the guidance of the tutor during the postgraduate period,the paper explains the methods and steps of Beijing Municipal Hospital’s dredging,upgrading,reconstruction and expansion,analyzes the appropriate working methods under this special historical background,and summarizes the research results of 22 municipal hospitals.In the fourth part,22 municipal hospitals in Beijing are analyzed respectively,and the possible situations in the process of upgrading,upgrading,reconstruction and expansion are summarized,and solutions are put forward respectively,supplemented by specific cases for analysis.It is expected to provide some reference for other municipal hospitals in Beijing and other hospitals in the future,reconstruction and expansion and new construction tasks,and at the end of the article,for the recent flow "New lung" put forward the author’s thinking on hospital construction.22 municipal hospitals in Beijing have many development advantages due to their long history and strong comprehensive strength,but they also face the problem of unbalanced development.Based on the current situation,a small number of municipal hospitals in Beijing have been or are in the process of upgrading,reconstruction and expansion.The research of this topic not only has a certain practical significance for the next step of upgrading,reconstruction and expansion tasks of most other municipal hospitals in Beijing,but also provides a certain reference for the development of other urban hospitals through the records of the architectural development problems of Beijing Medical College.
