At present,enterprise internal trainers are playing a more and more important role in enterprise human resources development.The performance of internal trainers is directly related to the talent reserve and knowledge management of the enterprise.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to design and build an internal trainer performance evaluation index system in line with the development of the airport and further improve the enterprise performance management.As a social public service organization,relying on the background of state-owned enterprises,the airport has its own team of internal trainers for a long time.In addition to the business backbone,there are many professional technicians and managers.They have rich knowledge reserves,professional skills and certain teaching ability.Most of them are part-time personnel,growing year by year.In recent years,there have been full-time personnel.In the past training management,more focus on the training effect,while ignoring the internal trainer’s own management.Starting from the current situation of internal trainer management in A airport,through interview and investigation,it is found that the lack of internal trainer assessment is the "disaster area" of internal trainer management problems in airport a due to many key factors,such as insufficient attention from the management,lack of special assessment system for internal trainers,unclear assessment indicators,imperfect incentive mechanism and lack of communication and feedback mechanism.The management without assessment is invalid management.Due to the lack of assessment system,it has caused structural loopholes and multifaceted chaos in the management of internal trainers.The performance assessment of internal trainers is in a vacuum,which needs to be solved urgently.By analyzing A airport training teacher job description to "key performance indicators(KPI)method" for the tools,training teacher performance appraisal indexes,for full-time and part-time training teacher implements the "dual management",the integrated use of literature analysis,Delphi method,questionnaire survey,personal potential index evaluation method of design to build a set of relatively complete in-house training division post performance evaluation index system,Combined with the existing performance assessment management methods,to achieve the assessment and motivation of internal trainers.While filling the gaps in the management system,it strives to give full play to its incentive function to improve the overall performance of internal trainers in A airport.Based on the exploratory research on the post performance appraisal of internal trainers in airport a,this thesis provides a useful reference for the internal trainer management of airports,civil aviation and other industries in China,and even the performance management of human resources.
