Due to the rapid development of China’s social economy and the improvement of people’s quality of life,all regions are actively promoting the implementation of smart parks,and the advantages of smart parks have initially emerged.In recent years,the spread of novel coronavirus has been a severe test for China’s economic development and public health security.How to better prevent and control the epidemic has become a problem that everyone should think about.At the same time,under the tide of China’s "new infrastructure",comfortable,convenient,fast,intelligent park service has become one of the essential needs of the majority of enterprises and owners.However,the current park management still has problems such as low management efficiency,weak overall planning ability,and poor epidemic prevention and control ability.Therefore,the design and implementation of a smart park management system that can effectively strengthen epidemic prevention and control is of great significance to society.Through the investigation and research on the management of large and medium-sized parks in China,the intelligent park property electronic service management system is designed and implemented.The content of this article is as follows:（1）based on the present situation and intelligent integrated management of the disease prevention and control measures,analyzes the outbreak intelligent zone comprehensive management system under the existing main problems,combining with the mainstream of the modern management system framework and mastery of professional level,develop and implement a set of suitable for today’s zone comprehensive management information management system.（2）According to the demand analysis of the park management system,designed and implemented a complete smart park property electronic service system,the system uses SSM as the framework and the design concept of MVC,and uses B/S as the architecture for software development,this allows the functions to remain independent and lowly coupled,enabling the efficient and safe implementation of system functions.（3）The system mainly designs and realizes the announcement management,user management,house rental management,daily service management and visitor management of the park,integrates the medical management function of the park with the current epidemic situation,and finally completes the test and deployment of the system.Through Internet technology,epidemic information can be released in a timely manner,and owners and managers can communicate and cooperate online,which is conducive to epidemic trend analysis and judgment,and provides telemedicine assistance,which improves the epidemic management ability and level of the park.In the epidemic era,the implementation of this system has significantly improved the level of epidemic prevention in the park.
