| With the rapid development of the Internet of Things and the Internet,the traditional park management model is unable to meet the needs of a digital and networked society.Therefore,there is an urgent need to establish a digital management system that uses the network as the medium to realize park employee management,housing leasing management,and enterprise business management.In this thesis,a smart park comprehensive management system based on NB-IOT technology is designed to realize efficient,digital and intelligent management of park resources and services.In this thesis,according to the business needs of Ebar Information Cultural and Creative Park,18 data tables,including the president,employees,housing,enterprises,contracts,finance,etc.as entities are constructed,and the server software solutions based on the B/S architecture are given.Moreover the thesis emphasis the design of server softwave including four major functions,system management,equipment management,contract management and system monitoring.By using Java Web technology to realize each functional page,in the system management,the problem of front-end page dynamic reorganization and data selection display with multiple identities and multiple operation permissions for employees is be solved.Besides,in equipment management,remote meter reading can be realized through the NB-IOT controller,intelligent management of power supply for off-site houses,and various power consumption reports can be generated.Also,in contract management,the operation process consisting of contract sign,contract approval,financial report,and renewal of contract service expiration time is proposed;The operation page of lease contract and agency contract is designed to realize contract signing,approval,lease renewal,termination,download(contract text),export contract reports and other functions.Then,in system monitoring,by monitoring the expiration time of contract services,sending reminder text messages to corporate legal persons whose contracts are about to expire,and use NB-IOT technology to implement electricity curtailment measures for housing in overdue contracts;By recording employees’ daily business operations,it is possible to provide a basis for tracing the source of data errors.In this thesis,the function of the system is tested with test cases,and the performance of the system is tested with 4000 concurrent thread accesses.The results show that the system designed in the thesis meets the design requirements,and the management system has been used by Ebar Information Cultural and Creative Park Management Co.,Ltd.for several months.It has been unanimously affirmed by the leaders and employees of the park,which greatly improves the efficiency of park management. |
