Under the macro background of Digital China,the construction of new smart cities represented by smart parks,smart communities,and smart campuses has mushroomed,becoming a key and hot direction for domestic project construction.In terms of smart park construction,the industry is currently focusing more on the field of incremental construction,and there is less research on the intelligent transformation of traditional industrial parks with a large stock and quantity.Moreover,unlike incremental construction,renovation projects are influenced by various factors such as the construction period of the park,infrastructure conditions,external construction environment,and the technical characteristics of old equipment.Traditional project progress management tools cannot effectively address and solve the problems in progress management during the implementation phase.Therefore,it is indeed necessary to optimize traditional project schedule management tools and explore a set of schedule management methods suitable for smart park renovation projects.Based on the characteristics of information technology project construction and the current management status of smart park renovation projects,this article analyzes the reasons for the progress management problems that exist in the project.Starting from four perspectives: human factors,resource supply factors,manager progress control,and progress control,this article proposes a schedule management optimization method based on the critical chain method.The methods include: firstly,using resource allocation method to optimize the constraints of project human resources and identify key links;Secondly,complexity was introduced separately ɑ、 Completion elasticity coefficient βAnd project software and hardware weight coefficients γ,Reflect the impact of factors such as the location and duration of work activities throughout the entire link,the size of the project building area,the number of equipment installed,and the workload of software platform development and hardware construction on the project progress using a coefficient method.Then,optimize the buffer zone setting using a dynamic adjustment method;Thirdly,the traditional three color monitoring method is optimized using a schedule control intensity matrix.Based on two types of variable conditions: project completion and buffer consumption,the evaluation of project progress monitoring under different schedules and buffer consumption is subdivided using a matrix approach,and corresponding response strategies are developed based on the evaluation results.Through the optimization method of schedule management based on the critical chain method,not only can the overall construction period of the LW smart park renovation project be shortened,but this method can dynamically adjust the project buffer based on project characteristics and work activity attributes,making the project schedule plan more reasonable,flexible,and controlled more finely.Finally,this article summarizes the research on this topic and proposes research prospects for the application and future development of the critical chain method in digital transformation projects.
