City waterlogging is a major bottleneck plagued the city development in recent years.The piecemeal "headache medicine head" traditional waterlogging treatment way can only play a palliative role and will only cause more damage to the ecological environment of the city.To fundamentally solve the problem of urban waterlogging,we need to meet the needs of ecological environment,economic development,landscape optimization and other aspects.The concept of urban stormwater management is introduced in this case.The flood management in western countries is earlier.In recent years,China has made remarkable achievements in the management of rainfall and flood.As the largest concentrated green space in the city,the park has great ecological value and economic value.The concept and development of the research status on flood model and park stormwater management are summarized.The similarities and differences of the management models are compared.This paper introduces the concept and theory related to city park stormwater management design,including the theory of landscape ecology,soil science theory,botany theory,theory of sustainable development.Examples of representative the stormwater management park are listed.The application process of BMPs model is introduced,and a detailed plan from two aspects of engineering measures and non engineering measures is made.The engineering measures include source control measures,transmission control measures,rainwater collection and utilization measures,landscape measures.Non engineering measures include measures to encourage the formulation of laws and regulations,pollution management measures,measures of education,water conservation and rainwater utilization measures,regulating water price management.Use the formula to calculate the amount of annual rain that may be collected.Wen Zhi Guang Chang Park in Tengchong City is chosen as the research example.A survey on the study area is conducted including water resource,vegetation,pollution status.The conclusions of huge rainwater collection potential,serious surface water pollution,low collect rainwater rate are obtained.The park transformation objectives are to maximize the water resources collection and utilization,to improve the water pollution situation.The formulation is based on engineering measures to choose green infrastructure and to minimize the impact of development on the environment.In the design of rainwater collection facilities,the storm runoff formula and total rain water formula are applied to calculate the amount of annual rain that may be collected in the park according to the distribution of the total design of rainwater catchment facilities in order to achieve the effect of removing contaminants,the tandem engineering facilities.Non engineering measures are the use of management and legal means to control pollution sources.
