In the context of the continuous development of the Internet of Things technology,the smart park has put forward new requirements for the informatization of business offices and the intelligence of various buildings,prompting the management of the park to change to a more efficient model.Workflow technology can streamline business and help parks better manage business processes.It is an indispensable technical means for smart parks to realize informatization and has important research value and application prospects.The design of the workflow has its own reference model and framework to standardize,and for different industries or application scenarios,there are further industry standards to restrict the design of the process.In the field of smart parks,workflow generally only solves the problems of the production process layer.There are currently no corresponding specifications and standards to restrict the design of business processes.Therefore,there are problems of incomplete process design and unreasonable workflow design,which make work The flow system cannot better serve the park management.Therefore,this article combines the needs of actual projects to develop a set of workflow subsystems that can meet the requirements of the smart park integrated management business process.In the design of the workflow subsystem,the following three aspects are mainly considered: First,it is necessary to meet the business needs of the park and conduct in-depth analysis of the needs to turn it into a process node.Secondly,while meeting its own norms and standards,the workflow design also needs to consider the rationality and integrity of the process to meet the requirements of park operation and maintenance services.Finally,select a suitable workflow engine to design and implement the process in the business module.In response to the above-mentioned research points,the thesis has specifically completed the following tasks:(1)Through sorting out the daily work of the park,and arranging according to the actual business content,the development needs of the corresponding process design are analyzed:the property management module mainly includes equipment inspection,equipment maintenance,and public security according to the actual work requirements of the park.The five-part process design of fire protection,sanitation management and vehicle management;the human resource module of the platform is divided into four sub-function business processes of recruitment and entry,attendance management,transfer and dismissal,and salary performance management;asset management is based on inventory management,equipment management and assets Take inventory of these three modules and display them;financial management is mainly divided into five business processes: park property expenses,employee reimbursement,invoicing application,employee loan and third-party payment application.(2)The issue of workflow specification is also one of the focuses of this article.At present,there are no corresponding specifications and standards for the business process of the smart park,but in the process management of the operation and maintenance,ITIL can provide a guiding framework to solve the problems in the operation and maintenance service,so it is regarded as the IT service management field In the standard.Therefore,this article draws on ITIL’s process management concepts based on the business needs of the park to improve the design of the workflow in the integrated management platform of the smart park.(3)The overall architecture design of the platform is implemented through the Spring MVC framework combined with the My Batis data persistence layer,and the front end uses JQuery+Boot Strap for rendering.The design and implementation of the process uses the open source Flowable workflow engine.The basic module configuration is carried out on its open source platform,and then the events,activities,gateways and sequence flows of the process are designed in combination with the above-mentioned business requirements,and finally the platform is implemented accordingly.Visual interface.The research and realization of the workflow subsystem in this paper is based on the software development project of "Smart Park Integrated Management Platform" of Shanghai Institute of Computing Technology.The project has been initially applied in a smart park in Shanghai.Tests and actual results show that the business process of the workflow subsystem is relatively complete,which meets the business function requirements of the park and improves the overall office efficiency of the park. |
