Abstract/Summary:
At this stage,China’s aviation industry is at a high-speed development stage.The apron is an important part of the airport.Staffing,equipment,climate,and management status have a huge impact on the safe operation of the entire airport operating environment.Therefore,based on the analysis of the cause of the apron accident,this thesis uses the ISM to explain the structural model and the network analytic hierarchy process(ANP)to analyze the safety influencing factors of the apron;the method of field investigation,literature review,and model verification is used to evaluate the risks of the apron.Evaluate the model for construction and application analysis.Based on the statistical analysis of domestic apron safety accident cases,apron safety accidents are divided into 7 categories,such as damage caused by apron equipment to airport facilities,and damage caused by oil or oil leakage from machinery or equipment;the reasons affecting apron safety are divided into human and machine.,Ring and tube.Based on the analysis of the cause of the accident,a tarmac risk assessment index system is established,of which there are 4 first-level indicators,which are personnel factors,mechanical equipment factors,environmental factors,and management factors;20 second-level indicators,such as personnel decision level and safety inspection And supervision,personnel safety awareness,etc.Use the ISM model to establish a hierarchical structure chart between assessment indicators,clarify the influence relationship between factors,and determine the surface,middle,and deep causes that affect the safety of the tarmac.In this paper,the ANP method is used to calculate the weight of each index.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to obtain the safety level of the tarmac,and the safety status of each subsystem is quantified.Through case analysis,it is proved that it is feasible to construct a tarmac risk study.
