Under the background of sustainable development of building construction,our country has a large promotion of industrialized buildings and prefabricated buildings get a rapid development.Market competition changes gradually from the competition between enterprise to the competition between the chain in supplement.However,based on the characteristics of prefabricated buildings,there are also some problems in the development of prefabricated buildings: one is that there are many participating companies in the prefabricated building supply chain,and more information is generated,which is easy to form a complex information flow;second,due to the construction method of prefabricated buildings Characteristics,it is easy to cause the division of the construction process;third,the related technology of the enterprise is immature,and the independent research and development ability is weak.To make the construction advantages of prefabricated buildings play out in the supply chain,and the efficient operation of the prefabricated building supply chain puts forward higher requirements for the cooperative relationship between the participating enterprises in the prefabricated building supply chain.The prefabricated building supply chain collaboration is a higher level of cooperation method adopted by participating companies to improve the overall performance of the supply chain.How the supply chain node enterprises form a closer cooperative relationship,promote the efficient operation of the prefabricated building supply chain,and improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain is the key to supply chain coordination.Therefore,the research on the synergy mechanism and performance evaluation of the prefabricated building supply chain has important significance.The paper content structure is: First,the paper introduces the research background,the raise of problem,the significance of the research,the current situation of domestic research,research methods,research contents,then elicits a series of relevant concepts and theories.Secondly,it analyzes the development status of the prefabricated building supply chain,understands why the prefabricated building supply chain needs to be coordinated,and reveals the cooperative mechanism of the prefabricated building supply chain from two aspects: the collaborative formation of the supply chain and the co-evolution of the supply chain.In terms of supply chain coordination formation mechanism,from the perspective of prefabricated building supply chain synergy,understand the source of prefabricated building supply chain coordination,establish and verify the structural equation model of the prefabricated building supply chain coordination motivation;In terms of the co-evolution mechanism of the prefabricated building supply chain,starting from the "five streams" subsystem and the supply chain node enterprise subsystem,the prefabricated building supply chain collaboration model is constructed,and the co-evolution mechanism of the prefabricated building supply chain is summarized with the help of synergy theory.Finally,on basis of the synergistic mechanism,mirroring the BSC model,the performance evaluation index system of prefabricated building in supply chain is built from the three levels of collaboration in supply chain,operating,demand,and the performance evaluation model model based on vague comprehensive evaluation method was built.The Evaluation model will be used in the case of verification and analysis.Studies have shown that the synergy of the prefabricated building supply chain comes from synergy,and the prefabricated building supply chain is subject to the combined effects of the six major powers of benefit-oriented,government assistance,construction characteristics,market promotion,resource driving,and industry pulling.The degree of influence on the synergy of the prefabricated building supply chain is different: benefit orientation>government assistance>construction characteristics>market promotion>resource drive>industry pull.The co-evolution of the prefabricated building supply chain refers to the orderly flow of the "five flows" between the node enterprises under the control of the order parameters of the supply chain,so that the supply chain system reaches a high level and order,and a certain synergy effect is formed between each node Coordination of prefabricated construction supply chain.What’s more,the prefabricated construction supply chain of collaboration performance evaluation model is used for case analysis,which reflects performance level in collaboration supply chain from different levels and different stages.It is explained that the evaluation system and evaluation methods are scientific,seasonal and feasible.
