| Traditional villages are an important and unique part of rural settlements in my country,and they have multiple social,economic,cultural,ecological and other values.Under the influence of globalization,industrialization,urbanization and informatization,traditional villages have gradually changed from being closed to opening up,but they are also faced with practical problems such as spatial decay,cultural disappearance,population loss,and ecological destruction.Multifunctional transformation is an inevitable trend in the protection and development of traditional villages in the new era.Strengthening the research on multifunctional transformation of traditional villages is of great significance to promote the protection of traditional villages,regain the value of traditional villages,and achieve sustainable development of traditional villages.Based on the theoretical perspective of multifunctional rural transformation,this paper takes 26 traditional Chinese villages in Jixi County as the research object,and analyzes the characteristics and trends of multifunctional transformation of traditional villages through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods such as literature induction,field investigation and geographic detectors.And the current problems,influencing factors and driving mechanisms are explored,and finally,the corresponding planning guidance strategies are proposed based on the problems and goals to promote the protection and sustainable development of traditional villages.The research results show that:(1)The multifunctional transformation of traditional villages in Jixi County presents temporal and spatial heterogeneity and differences.The social development of traditional villages is transformed to modernization,economic development is transformed to diversification,population development is transformed to quality,and land use is transformed to multifunctional.Cultural development is transforming to industrialization,but it also faces problems such as fragmentation of traditional spatial pattern,complicated relationship between stakeholders,aging population,industry homogeneity,and idle resources;(2)Many factors,such as natural conditions,traffic location,social economy,history and culture,affect the multifunctional transformation of traditional villages in Jixi County,and five influencing factors,such as per capita traffic land area,rural Internet household rate,population retention,villagers’ knowledge and skills level and cultural richness,have a significant positive impact on them;(3)The multifunctional transformation driving mechanism of traditional villages in Jixi County is complex and comprehensive,and is guided by national policies,economic consumption orientation,social diversification,and the need for active use of heritage.(4)Guided by the problems and goals of the multifunctional transformation of traditional villages in Jixi County,the macro level is supported by national policies,providing strong foreign aid,and the meso level is based on the urban-rural system to promote The interaction force of urban-rural integration and the micro-level use village resources as the carrier to activate the endogenous force of village development,and to propose corresponding planning guidance strategies from different levels and forces.This paper introduces the multifunctional rural transformation theory,constructs the research framework of multifunctional transformation of traditional villages,and takes 26 Chinese traditional villages in Jixi County as an example,which is conducive to deeply explore the multiple functions and values of traditional villages in mountainous areas of Southern Anhui province,enrich the research perspective of rural transformation and the research content of traditional village transformation,and is of great significance to correctly understand the multifunctional transformation of traditional villages.It provides a reference for the future multifunctional transformation and development of traditional villages,and has certain value and significance for promoting the sustainable development of traditional villages.Figure [71] table [12] reference [112]... |
