The Evaluation Of High Quality Development Of Construction Industry And The Study Of Temporal And Spatial Differences ——Take Anhui And Its Six Neighboring Provinces For Example

Since the 19th national congress,high-quality development has become the theme of the times,as a traditional pillar industry of the national economy,the construction industry must also conform to the trend of the times.In recent years,Jiangsu Province,Zhejiang Province,Hubei Province,Shandong Province,Henan Province,Jiangxi Province and Anhui Province have successively issued policies and guidelines on the high-quality development of the construction industry in line with the requirements of high-quality development,although these seven provinces are geographically adjacent to each other,there is an obvious polarization in the economic development of their construction industry.In this context,evaluate the high-quality development of construction industry in Anhui and its surrounding six provinces,analyze the temporal and spatial differences and driving factors of high-quality development of construction industry in Anhui and its surrounding six provinces,and then put forward targeted suggestions,it’s of great significance to narrow the differences between the study areas and prevent the intensification of polarization,and also provides a reference for promoting the high-quality development of construction industry in the study area.Based on the connotation of high-quality development of construction industry,this paper constructed the evaluation model of high-quality development of construction industry,measured and evaluated the high-quality development of construction industry in Anhui and its surrounding six provinces,and analyzed the temporal change trend and spatial pattern difference of high-quality development of construction industry in Anhui and its surrounding six provinces.Finally,with the help of grey correlation analysis,this paper studied the driving factors of high-quality development of construction industry in Anhui and its surrounding six provinces,and then put forward targeted suggestions.Through the research,the main conclusions are as follows: First,the high-quality development level of construction industry in Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province is high;there is no obvious difference in the high-quality development of construction industry between Hubei Province and Shandong Province,which belongs to the medium level among the seven provinces;Henan Province,Anhui Province and Jiangxi Province rank lower,and the high-quality development level of the construction industry is relatively low.Second,from 2011 to 2019,the high-quality development trend of construction industry in Jiangsu Province is good;Zhejiang Province has an obvious downward trend in the last three years;Hubei Province and Shandong Province generally showed a downward trend;the overall performance of Henan Province is a slight increase;the change trends of Anhui Province and Jiangxi Province are very similar,and on the whole,they are stable fluctuations.Third,the seven provinces show obvious differences in subsystems.Jiangsu Province has obvious advantages in all aspects except green development;the scale of industrial development and coordination in Zhejiang Province are better;Hubei Province performs well in efficiency,innovation and development;Shandong Province has advantages in coordinated and shared development;Henan Province has a good performance in efficiency;Anhui Province and Jiangxi Province have performed well in green development,and other aspects need to be improved.Fourth,the driving factors for the high-quality development of the construction industry in the seven provinces are not all the same.Jiangsu Province is greatly driven by scale level,labor quality,talent team and production allocation;the main driving factors of Zhejiang Province are scale level,equipment level and production allocation;Anhui Province is greatly driven by environmental regulation and talent team;the main driving factors of Jiangxi Province are scientific and technological level and talent team;Shandong Province is greatly driven by the level of science and technology,scale and talent team;Henan Province is greatly affected by the scale level and talent team;the main driving factors of Hubei province include scale level,scientific and technological level,equipment level and production allocation.Figure [17] Table [28] Reference [63]...
