| In the new era,high-quality development is an important theme of economic and social development at present and in the future.As a mainstay industry of promoting sound development of national economy and social undertakings,construction industry is the key task of economic construction of our country at present and in the future to promote its transformation from extensive development to high-quality development.With the continuous emergence of major national strategic dividends and policy effects,the development of the construction industry has embarked on a fast track,and the development trend continues to improve.At the same time,Chinese construction industry growth mode extensive,inadequate development,regional development unbalanced problems are also becoming increasingly prominent.Based on this,the realistic level of high-quality development of China’s provincial construction industry is reasonably assessed and its spatial differentiation is studied.Based on the research results,the high-quality development level of the construction industry and its spatial synergistic improvement path are discussed in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of China’s provincial construction industry.Firstly,based on the theory of economic growth and the connotation of high-quality development,"economic growth" and "development quality" are taken as the key construction perspective of the evaluation index system,and the entropy value method is applied to measure the level of high-quality development of China’s provincial construction industry.Secondly,based on the spatial autocorrelation theory,the exploratory spatial data analysis method is applied to analyze the spatial differentiation characteristics of the high-quality development of China’s provincial construction industry and identify the regional clusters of different aggregation types.On this basis,a spatial econometric model is constructed to explore the factors influencing the spatial differentiation of high-quality development of the construction industry and its development trends.Finally,based on the relevant research results,the specific implementation paths and strategic suggestions to enhance the level of high-quality development of the construction industry and its spatial synergy are proposed,with high-quality development and regional synergy as strategic leaders.It is revealed by the research results that:(1)the high-quality development of China’s construction industry has achieved steady progress in general,but its development speed is slow;there are obvious regional development differences in the high-quality development of the construction industry,and the development differences have not shown a significant reduction in the whole sample period.(2)The overall spatial correlation degree of high-quality development of China’s construction industry is low and the correlation varies greatly,and there is obvious spatial divergence phenomenon.From the viewpoint of the influencing factors,capital investment,technological progress and market openness are important influencing factors for the spatial divergence of high-quality development of construction industry,and the same influencing factors have different influencing effects in different regions.(3)There are absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence in the high-quality development of China’s construction industry,and the speed of spatial convergence is significantly accelerated under the consideration of control variables;labor quality,technological progress and the degree of openness to the outside world are the key factors influencing the spatial convergence of high-quality development of the construction industry.Figure [31] table [7] reference [102]... |
