Research On Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of High-quality Development Of China’s Construction Industry

Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has maintained a rapid growth trend and promoted to the world’s second largest economy.After entering the stage of high-quality development,as one of the mainstay industries of China’s economic development,the development speed and development model of the construction industry have an important impact on the country’s economic growth.Under the stage of high quality development in the new era,it is inevitable for the construction industry to get rid of the traditional solidified development mode and pursue the high quality development of the construction industry instead.In order to realize the steady and healthy development of the construction industry in China,this dissertation studies the high quality development level of the construction industry based on the five development concepts.Through theoretical analysis,this dissertation takes five development concepts as the first class index,and selects 27 concrete secondary indexes to supplement and perfect it,and constructs the index frame system of high quality development level evaluation of construction industry in China.In the aspect of empirical analysis,this dissertation selects 31 provinces(cities)from2011 to 2018 as the research object,calculates the high-quality development level of the construction industry based on Entropy Weight-Topsis.Then,this dissertation constructs a panel regression model with industrial clusters as the core explanatory variable,analyzes the factors that affect the high-quality development of the construction industry,and explores policy proposals to improve the high-quality development of the construction industry.The results show that although the overall level of high-quality development of China’s construction industry is not high,it appears a tortuous upward trend.In addition,according to the geographical division of the sub-regional study found that the degree of development and development trends between different regions are different,and there is spatial agglomeration phenomenon.The high quality development level of construction industry in East China is obviously higher than the national average development level.The development level of North China and Central South China is consistent with the high quality development level of the national construction industry.Although the high quality development level of construction industry in Southwest and Northwest China is lower than the national level,it shows a steady upward trend.Northeast construction industry high-quality development level since 2014 slightly showed a downward trend.In exploring the influence of relevant factors on the high quality development of construction industry,it is found that the construction industry cluster,mechanization level,construction industry wage level and residents’ consumption level all play a significant role in promoting the high quality development of construction industry in China,but the effect of the auxiliary enterprises of the construction industry on it is opposite.Local governments should be based on high-quality developments in construction in the region,considering the development model and effect of local construction industry,and formulating relevant policies suitable for the high quality development of local construction industry.To promote the industrial cluster development of construction industry,enhance information exchange among enterprises;perfect the compensation system,train senior personnel;encourage the development of prefabricated buildings,accelerate Green Building and new type of building industrialization,integrate the resources of the entire construction industry chain,and continuously improve the construction industry high-quality development level,promote the stable and healthy development of the construction industry.Figure [7] Table [14] Reference [68]...
