Ecological civilization construction is a millennium plan that concerns the national economy and people's livelihood and the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.In the face of urban ecosystem degradation,air pollution,traffic congestion,urban heat island effect and other urban diseases,the construction and development of ecological cities has become the perfect way to achieve the goal of a beautiful China.In this paper,the entropy weight TOPSIS method and the spatial exploration analysis method(ESDA)were used to make an empirical analysis of the eco-city development of 16 cities in Yunnan province.The research results mainly include the following three aspects:First of all,according to the index system of ecological cities at home and abroad related research,normative documents refer to national ecological city construction and development,at the same time considering development of 16 city in Yunnan province,finally from the economic subsystem,innovation subsystem,social subsystem and ecological subsystem four subsystem screening evaluation system of ecological city development in Yunnan province 20 specific indicators,using entropy and TOPSIS method to calculate the index weight,16 city ecological city in Yunnan province in 2006,2011 and 2016 objective evaluation and the development status of the rankings.The results show that:on the one hand,the annual valuation changes,in which the weight of the economic subsystem decreases,the weight of the innovation subsystem increases greatly,and the weight of the social subsystem and the ecological subsystem fluctuates.On the other hand,the comprehensive development index(Ci)of each city and city is generally low.Secondly,the spatial exploration analysis method(ESDA)was used to visualize the eco-city comprehensive development index(Ci)of 16 cities in Yunnan province,and further inferred the spatial differentiation characteristics of each city in Yunnan province.Analysis results show that the city's ecological development in Yunnan province comprehensive index(Ci)global Moran's I index is positive,three years shows the level of regional development in space is positive correlation,and with the continuous development of economy,the continuous improvement of the ecological city construction,high level centers for expanding and play a leading role,the development level of each city ecological city in Yunnan province will continue to improve,the entire province area of ecological urban development will form urban agglomeration effect.Finally,according to the empirical study of 16 each city ecological city development in Yunnan province as a result,from four aspects,innovation,social economic and ecological analysis of the factors restricting the development of ecological city in Yunnan province.Finally,based on these development constraints and referring to the "13th five-year plan" of Yunnan province and the strategy of new-type urbanization,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions,hoping to provide impetus for the development of eco-city in Yunnan province.
