| Reasonable and harmonious immigrant settlements community are the base of the Three Gorges Reservoir relocation and resettlement, benefit for rapid recovery of urban functions, and achieve sustainable development. Through field research, the article summed up the Shuang-song immigrant settlements'planning and design, development and construction, and other aspects of social class distribution in Wanzhou under a decade of construction. The results showed many existing shortcomings which requires continuous improvement to adapt to the new situation. So the introduction of mixed residential mode is used to solve the problem. Mixed different functional of the block and building, and residents of different income level groups, professional and cultural background together in the neighborhood, to form a harmony, mutual benefit community, in balance of social and economic development reflected on the living. Aims to build a representative mixed-community in Three Gorges reservoir area, guides the settlement of immigrants community construction to a practical way in the future.The main thread of the dissertation is:The first chapter discusses the research background of this topic, significance, related concepts such as definition and framework.The second chapter is theoretical research. Summarize the mixed residential mode theory and practice civil and abroad.The third to fifth Chapter is the main part of the paper. Chapter Three sums up a decade urban development and residential construction of the region, simultaneously analyzes the current problem of immigrations residential settlements such as single function, the phenomenon of residential segregation and differentiation, etc.Chapter Four aims at the necessity and feasibility, emphasizes the internal demand and external driving force of mixed residential mode in this district. Chapter Five is the strategic research, from macro-policy support to the micro-planning tool, based on local conditions proposed mixed residential mode of the reservoir area community building strategy, in order to guide the following residential community building toward a reasonable direction. The final chapter summarizes the thesis, and prospects the mixed residential mode research of reservoir resettlement in the future. |
